I love chick fila. Although the lines are long they are still pretty quick. My only complaint was the grilled nuggets I purchased. It was supposed to be an 8 count but the pieces weren’t whole enough to even be considered a nugget. I was not pleased with what I got but I didn’t notice until I got home what I had received. They still tasted great just was like chicken scraps that’s all.

I’m sorry I try not to get annoyed. But we consistently get orders wrong or missing parts at this chic fila. Today both drinks were wrong oh and we had to wait 5 minutes for our drinks and had to pull forward after we already had our food, with no condiments and missing straws. Hard to eat on the road with these things missing so we had to turn around after already being on the highway to get this item corrected. Oh and the manager coped an attitude after we brought this to her attention.

The highest wait times in Burlington, for inside pick-up orders. I was looked at by multiple employees and never acknowledged. They proceeded to continue their conversation about how 2 of the young employees who work there were dating. I drive across town just to avoid this Chic-Fil-A. The manager Matt looks straight at me everytime I have to go there but says nothing. Just walks by. Horrible customer service. Avoid at all cost!!

I usually love chick fil a but tonight wasn’t the best experience. I ordered my daughter a chicken strip kids meal with milk I never pull the foil off of the milk I always poke a hole through and put a straw in so it’s less messy for my two year old, once she finished her milk I noticed a brown napkin at the bottom of her drink and no she did not put that in there. Like I said I never pull the foil off and a napkin that big can’t fit in a small hole. I hope this hasn’t happened to anyone else and I really hope this doesn’t harm my daughter.

We went here on a Monday night for dinner. My daughter and I ordered the kids meal. It was pretty busy when we got into the drive through line. It didn’t take long to order but at the location on the side of the building where you get your food, they were handing out food in a very scattered, disorganized way. People five cars behind me got their ice cream before I did. The ice cream came out separate from the meals. We waited over 15 minutes to get our food and we were blocking the cars behind us from leaving the drive through. They need to work on first in, first out.
