Delicious as always! The young lady forgot our drinks that they normally give you firsthand because she was distracted trying to refill the paper for receipts in another register. I enjoyed the verbal teasing from the team mates about her forgetting our drinks but it was all good. We got our drinks and food. We did not have to wait long since we were just picking it up to take home.

I don’t know how you keep your employees happy. Standing out in the rain taking endless order from hungry people. They continue to smile as rain droplets fall off of them. They deserve a raise. My food was hot and very tasty.

Keiana took a very long time getting my order completely wrong. She even asked me to repeat the order several times, just to take a long time typing something completely wrong. Her attitude was terrible. Too much socializing amongst coworkers, not enough attention to un-complicated detail. All of the drive thru employees stand in cliques having conversations with each other and not interacting with the customers. This Chic-Fil-A has the worst service I’ve ever gotten in any state I’ve ever visited. Every time I come here, there’s always something wrong. My large fries were only filled halfway and were soggy. My drinks were wrong. I didn’t get any straws. The meal I ordered was for my boss. Management walked out into the street without looking both ways, failing to see me dodge one of their workers, who also happened to be in the way of my moving car. The lack of attention to detail is grossly sub par at this location.

This is the third time I’ve ordered using door dash. Each time they have failed to put all the things in my order that’s supposed to be in there. I did not receive Polynesian sauce and straws. I expected better of Chik Fil A. Very disappointed!!!

So on Friday August 25, 2023 around 11:30am my son and I came to THIS particular location and ordered 2 #1’s. I specifically asked the young lady who took my order outside to note that I want all straws, napkins and condiments in a separate bag away from my food. So once I received my food they did exactly what I asked them not to do. So I asked Darcy to make me new fries and explained to her what I asked the previous young lady. So we pull up and wait and when she returns I check the bags and all they did was put the condiments at the bottom of the bag and the food on top. I stopped her and asked her why were they in the bags and she rudely said “You said you didn’t want it on top of your food!” So I told her that’s not what I said and that I need for you to listen. I proceeded to tell her what I wanted and she once again got rude took the bags and walked away. She then started to talk to someone about not caring what we wanted and that she’s not dealing with us. All this loudly enough for us to hear. I sat there and waited for about 10 minutes all the while she was handing food and drinks out to other people and no one came to talk to me. Then Gaston comes over and I explain to him the situation. He’s just getting to work so he has no idea what’s going on. So image how long I could have waited had he not come in to work because no one else seemed to care. And to top it all off there were other supervisors there that could’ve handled the situation. Gaston was amazing. He LISTENED to my issues and apologized for any inconvenience. I told him that the rudeness and disrespect I received from Darcy is not vindictive of what Chic Fila is as a franchise and that that’s the type of service you’d expect from Burger King and McDonalds. He co-signed that and also stated that he would look into it to see if she’s done this before or how long she’s been doing it. Everyone knows that Chic Fila is the crème da la crème of fast food because of there fantastic food and great customer service something I didn’t received from this particular location until Gaston showed up. I am completely disappointed in the other supervisors that were there and did nothing to resolve the situation. I normally don’t ask or suggest someone gets fired but she apparently doesn’t appreciate her job and Darcy needs to be either FIRED or SUSPENDED and retrained on providing respectful customer service. I do not live in VA so I went out of my way to find a Chic Fila. The only reason I would go back to this location is because Gaston works there and he seems to appreciate customers and he exemplifies what Chic Fila stands for. Please give him a thank you once again for resolving this issue. Once again Darcy needs to go. She makes you guys look bad. You know every now and then a bad employee can slip through the cracks. She’s that bad employeee.

Wow by far the worst ChickFilA I’ve been to. I’ve gone here a few times because I live close by & it keeps getting worse. This is the only ChickFilA I’ve ever been to that got my order wrong. Twice. Only store to make me park to wait for my order. Only store not to have exemplary customer service. This evening they didn’t give me one of my items. I called to let them know & someone continuously picked up & hung the phone. Unbelievable.

Chick-fil-A has always been on top of it even when it comes to using the always a line( or two) orderly and moving you through quickly and efficiently. Losing millions ( maybe not) being closed Sundays to obviously allow their employees to observe it as the word of God says – keep Sunday to observe a holy day and day of rest. Awesome every time.

The employees are the BEST! I have a disabled kid (20) but basically a 2 year old. The longer time employees know her name and she loves when they say HI to her. Keep up the great work. Food and service is always above and beyond.

Food was good. Nothing too spectacular, but it was hot and fully cooked! The only issue I had was with their app. Their app didn’t recognize my phone device. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have reset my password several times. I have used other devices, laptops, and desktops in different city locations. Still cannot get it work… Even with your pricey menu, I still visit your franchise because it is one of only a handful of stores where my daughter can select her food, due to her gluten food allergies.
