I didn’t mind paying high prices because the food is usually on point. However, lately, that has not been the case. Today I ordered a spicy chicken biscuit meal. The chicken looked like it had been sitting there for a while. There were only 8 hash browns in the box. I don’t normally count them but there was plenty of room for more. They were cold as well. I would expect this from other fast food chains but not chick fila. Very disappointing!

Was very excited to try the new pimento cheese sandwich so I didn’t mind waiting this time. Order the new meal with a half and half tea. After 15 minutes I received my order and left. When I got home and opened my sandwich there was 1 jalapeño and maybe a 1/2 table spoon of pimento cheese oh I was given unsweetened tea. Seriously….. $13 for this. It has been a true disappointment. Chick fil a is known for being fast and efficient. However, this chick fil a is not efficient at all. I pulled up, drove straight to the order box, ordered and still waited 20 min for my food. This is not the first time, this happens everytime I come here. Unfortunately this is the closest chick fil a to my work so I come here often.

I’m a huge Chick-fil-A fan and I go a couple times a week and this is the worst one I’ve been too. I’ve tried them multiple times and every time whether it’s drive thru, carry out, or dine I usually have to wait around 15 minutes for my food. The people are friendly but the service is slow.

Chick Fil A is always amazing, I’ve never had a bad experience! Only thing about this location is they have the inside closed right now due to construction on the inside. But they also have two lanes open for the drive through. Customer service is always excellent.

My day didn’t start off too well but I ordered here for lunch today and my food was so good it made my day that much better. I ordered an 8 piece grilled chicken nuggets with a side of mac & cheese and a lemonade. The nuggets were cooked just right, mac & cheese was evenly cheesy from top to bottom and I’m not sure if it was a mistake but I ordered a medium and received a large lemonade instead lol. Whoever made the mac deserves a raise, it was superb for fast food. Great job!
