My husband, four of our grandchildren, and I ate lunch at Chick-fil-A in Williamsburg, today. We ordered through the app. The crowded dining room was relatively clean. We wiped off our own tables, due to the crush of people. The chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, chicken strips and salads were outstanding! Our grandchildren loved the ice cream! The restrooms were clean and stocked. The free, large (for a Chick-fil-A), well-lit parking lot was also clean.

Great location and employees here work hard and are super nice and professional. Wish more fast food restaurants had employees like them. There’s a nice amount of tables inside and outside here and parking behind the building is free in addition to free street parking.

they don’t accept Chick-fil-A gift cards so I was unable to eat here. order wouldve been $11 for a spicy chicken sandwich and a kale side.

I am a signature member, I have been to countless Chick-fil-A’s from Georgia to Virginia. This location in Williamsburg is quite possibly the worst Chick-fil-A by far I have ever visited. Where to start. We were handed multiple mini bags of food instead of putting it in a large grocery bag. Much of the condiments that we requested we left out. Two of our 12 count grilled nuggets entrées. We left out to top it all off when I called to let them know it goes to a message that their voice mail is full and this site has no leader ship and no accountability. I hope somebody that is in charge reads this and makes the necessary improvements. I never thought I would have to write a review such as this for Chick-fil-A.

one if the most mid chickfilas I’ve ever been to. the spicy sandwich was spicier than normal, milkshake had less cookies, half the fries were even edible. but the staff was trying to be friendly, as they seemed stressed as there were lines out the door with kids. it is however a little more expensive (not by a lot tho) overall it was a pleasant experience.

We ate as this location with a group of 37 people. We called ahead to let them know we were coming and also had pre-placed our order. When we arrived our oder was ready!

Came in this morning with my twin brother before his last final at William & Mary this semester. The cashier machine was acting a bit wonky and not accepting flex so the managers fixed it. Overall a positive experience. The service was friendly and the food was hot and delicious! I would visit again
