This definitely hurts me to say this is my favorite place to eat. The management in the morning is wonderful, and so are the other employees, but with that being said. I was there the other night they forgot my sauces, and my fries were low. I asked if I could get my sauces. She said, “Did you look in the bag?” i said yes said. Move your fries so I can see, and may I please get a full LARGE fry. ” The lady in the Togo window unfortunately said no because it looks like someone ate them. Remind you I was handed my food five seconds before that. The other coworker told the lady she had just handled me the food. The fact that she called me a liar irritated me. They offered me fries. I don’t want more fries. I wanted an apology that was definitely disrespectful. Yet still haven’t got a phone call from them or corporate only offered fries you can have them I don’t want that. I never complained about the hair being in my lemonade after I drank it. I don’t have long hair or my kale salad Having hair in it. or my missing food countless times. I never complained about today’s last straw

Absolutely remarkable! This location is so clean and easy to get in and out of. The team here makes the experience awesome! Parking lot was clean and easy to navigate. I was greeted immediately upon entering with such wonderful smiles. The food exceeded my expectations, being fresh and made to order! Truly an amazing place!

Chick-fil-A is my go to fast food restaurant. We stopped at this location today for a quick dinner. They were busy so I opted to go inside to pick up the food. My order was taken immediately and the food came out in minutes. The fries were really fresh and hot. The salad was skimpy compared to some other locations. All of the employees appeared busy. The inside of the restaurant was clean.

One of the slowest Chick-fil-As that I’ve been. Even the busiest ones get food out faster. Not sure why this location was so slow. We ate in and the restaurant was clean, though the layout was kind of awkward and had several oddly-placed walls almost as if they are remodeling. I couldn’t read half the menu because it was awkwardly far away, so the guy at the register had to read me the dressing choices. I’ve never ordered at the counter and not been given our drinks, but that was the case today. We sat and waited for our food for 10 minutes without even our drinks. They also had nothing sitting out for self-service. All the ketchup is kept behind the counter, which I hadn’t realized, so we had to ask for some when the food finally came out. They also didn’t have any kids placemats, which is one of the things we moms love about chick-fil-a – normally they have those sitting out but I had to ask for some and they were all out. We also had to ask go to the counter to ask for more straws because, again, they put nothing out but napkins. This might all seem nitpicky, but it was unlike all of my other chick-fil-a experiences, so it stood out as different and less convenient. Maybe drive through is better, though a woman came in from the drive through because they had messed up her order, so maybe this restaurant location just has some things to work on. Food was still great and the service was friendly.

Really frustrating and disappointing experience. Came to the restaurant an hour before closing, but the doors were locked. We were told we had to order using the app. I loathe having to install an app to buy two drinks and kids nuggets. Once we got the food, they missed one of the drinks, so I had to knock on the window again for service. Not worth the time or money. Should have gone to one of the many other restaurants nearby.

This is by far the worst Chik Fil A I have ever been to. I have visited here 5 different times of the day on 5 different days. The service is completely unreliable and unpredictable on whether your order is right or made correctly. The staff appears to not care when an order is incorrect or when you address an issue to them. I am willing to look past an error here and there but this has happened on multiple occasions during breakfast, lunch, and dinner time. My first big issue is employees taking several tables limiting the amount of customers to sit in the restaurant. I counted 13 employees at one time taking up four tables being ridiculously loud to where my daughter wanted to leave because it was too loud. There must have been an entire shift of employees taking up tables at one point. If the employees are are going to eat during their lunch break they either need to designate an employee eating section or they need to leave the restaurant. My second biggest issue was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The trash cans were overflowing to where the self opening feature would not work and trash was falling on the floor. I brought this up to one of the managers and I felt like there was no care at all in keeping the restaurant clean. The floor was sticky and looked like it hadn’t been mopped in days. There was food, crumbs, and liquids on the floor. My third biggest issue is the designated employee parking in the parking lot. Blocking off spots for the employees is ridiculous because the parking lot is already small enough to begin with. Having an employee parking section limits the ability for food delivery to the customer and parking for those who eat inside. It is ridiculous and rude to the customer because it makes the drive thru lines obnoxiously longer than they need to be. When I have gone through the drive through I have waited a minimum of 30 minutes and this is not during rush hour or lunch time. I live just 4 minutes from this Chik Fil A and I will now drive out of my way to avoid spending my money, time, along with its service and how it conducts its business to customers unless there is a serious overhaul in management and/or employees. Some form of financial compensation needs to be allocated because I am not the only customer that has addressed this. Before thinking about visiting this Chik Fil A take a look at the reviews and try to avoid wasting your time.

The drive through is very small but they have cars wrapping like a snake around the building. Additionally people exiting can hit your car since they have to cut through the line, which makes it very susceptible to accidents. They make enough money to extend the parking lot. Food is great as always and best service. Would not recommend their drive though though.

Chic fil a is becoming as stingy with their sauces as McDonald’s. Kind of disappointing since I love this place. Plus it is not just one restaurant seems to be spreading when asking for sauces especially when they give you the wrongs ones. I asked for sriracha instead got buffalo. when I asked for the correct one and handed the others they only gave me 1 for a 30 chicken nuggets meal. Super disappointed and sad to see them acting like McDonald’s. I am now wondering if the employees are the ones paying for the sauce orders.
