Yummy, yummy, yummy! Finally, a Chick-Fil-A near our home that we don’t have to drive so far for a kid friendly, amazing, dinner. It was boys night so I took the kiddos after Congo camp to their favorite restaurant. They had been playing all day, and were hungry for something quick, convenient and that they both could agree on. Had the pleasure of being served by the lovely, courteous staff at the Annandale location. The wait was minimal, and the food arrived at our table within minutes of sitting down. While sitting we watched several families come/go and they all remarked in the cleanliness of the location and the convenience of getting in/out. Overall a 10 out of 10 across the board on everything. Thanks!

My kids love chick fil a fries! I love this location. The drive thru is super organized and the staff is so friendly and kind -EVERY single person we have interacted with. I tried their kale salad for the first time and loved it. ❤️

What can I say, they make great chicken sandwiches. I went in to grab a quick lunch for my husband and I and I wanted to try the well advertised peppermint milkshake to compliment my holiday spirit. The milkshake was on point…lots of peppermint. The chicken club and spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches were tasty, as always. Everyone I interacted with on the staff was friendly. Wow, this place will nickel and dime you. I got a salad and asked for an extra dressing and they will charge you $.50 extra while other places don’t. Paid $3 for a large fries that’s half full. I might as well get a small since they will not give you what you paid.

This is an update to the Chick-fil-A review I posted in the past. It looks like the attention to detail and quality has gone down. Reason I’m saying this is recently got a meal for takeout. Got home and found that the fries are not filled in the box. This has happened in the past and I thought it was a one-time thing. However this happened again with my order recently. This is telling me it’s happening to other people not just myself. I write this because we had choices of other franchise in the area. We choose Chick-fil-A because It was thought to be better quality than the others. I was mistaken. Next time would we think about getting chicken, I’m going to go to Popeye’s instead. I know they’re the chicken will be hot and the fries will be filled up to the brine of the box.

Update: I finally said it’s enough time and decided to try this location again. Good news it they definitely improved. But the bad news is it’s not good enough. The employees are better trained but still packed the wrong thing which needed a correction, I asked to hold the tomatoes for the salad which they didn’t do, and finally, they forgot the sauce I asked for. Compared to the opening day I went, it’s a huge improvement but the mistakes were made so proceed at your own risk.
