She cut me off while ordering and I was unable to tell her the correct cheese for my sandwich leading to an incorrect order. Spoke to the manager about someone illegally parked in the handicap parking spot and she told me they can’t do anything about that. That they couldn’t call anyone because higher management told them so. So I guess chic fil a just doesn’t care if disabled people can get their food. Shameful to see a Christian company not care about people with disabilities.

I love the options for fried or grilled chicken allowing a diverse customer base. This location is always clean, and will run after you if they forgot your drink, LOL! I wish they would start making mobile orders when you place them instead of when you get there to speed things up, but that’s nothing against this location, just protocols. We need honey roasted BBQ in bottles!!

I reside in Nebraska, but I’m from Maryland. Whenever I come “home” and have a hankering for Chick-fil-A, I ALWAYS drive a little extra to come to this one, even though there’s one a little closer. The staff have ALWAYS been exceptionally friendly and helpful. This is probably the most efficient Chick-fil-A that I’ve come across in my travels. My elderly mother adores their milkshakes (she adores them with extra cherries even more!), and whenever I ask the staff for extra cherries for her, they are always so polite and accommodating. ALL of the staff are wonderful, and the fact that quite a few of them have worked there for YEARS, says a lot about the management. In the food and retail industry, to have this kind of retention with staff PLUS having a waiting list to be hired there, really sets the bar for other franchises. I’ll keep driving the little bit farther to come to this particular Chick-fil-A, EVERY SINGLE TIME!
