While I love Chick Fil-A , it is time to stop going. This morning I noticed they raised their prices (ok) and served less food (not ok)It’s like a third a sausage patty and maybe an egg in a half if you are stretching it.

I have come to expect great food, good service and a clean environment. Well, the food was good but the tables were dirty. So disappointing since there were at least 3 workers who seemed to be oblivious to this need. That is not in keeping with their standard. They do an exceptional job of servicing the drive through customers. Just watch the diningroom.

I was just in around 8ish to pick up some food for my wife who is in labor/delivery. I was served by Benji who I asked if I can have extra sauce for her. He asked me about her and told him that she’s in labor and delivery, he then told staff to get my order out quick which I thought would take 10 minutes. My food was given to me in less then 3 after ordering. My wife and I appreciate you Benji, keep up the great customer service!

I had an extremely bad hiring experience with this company. They made me do more interviews than people I went to orientation with and two days after orientation they decided to fire me using the excuse that I wasn’t eager enough despite being the first one to orientation answering questions and having my paperwork done. They did however hire someone who was more quiet than I was and couldn’t answer a very simple question that they gave an answer for. do not waste your time applying here especially if u arent of christian faith because I feel me being a black jewish man is part of the reason they had me take multiple interviews and were so quick to fire me.

Went there on a band trip a few weeks ago. They were so helpful and it went fast. They didn’t mess up anything and kept a smile throughout it. The food is the same great food. Would recommend.

While the food was good, the drive thru situation ruined the location. Hopefully they can open another location that isn’t in the middle of a shopping center parking lot. Chickfila has taken over the parking lot and started blocking the traffic so it is difficult to get to the other restaurants. There needs to be a better way to get to the drive thru. You have to cut through the parking lot spaces to turn and get to the line. Not very safe setup. If they cannot operate here they need to move to a different location nearby.
