We came with my wife in order to have a nice dinner. We ordered #1 Deluxe sandwiches. They took our order and we went to seat at a table, our order arrived and what we got were regular sandwiches, we call their attention to this little issue. They took the sandwiches in order to exchange them at least that was the impression I was under. A young man came over to ask us for more money to which I said: excuse me. He said well we need to charge you for the leaf of lettuce and the slice of tomato. I said how much is it? He said a few cents.

What’s there to say…it’s a newer Chik-fil-A! Parking lot is weird and may be dangerous at times; so keep your head on a swivel! Service, food, cleanliness…all we’re as expected, excellent! Pricey, but you get what you pay for (and service is a big part of that).

I frequent this location at least 3-4 times a week (I’m a very busy mom and career woman). Every single time I visit this location, everyone is kind, food is hot and fresh, and customer service is top notch. Our favorite employee there is Natalie. She always always greets us with a smile and has the kindest demeanor. She always makes us feel like VIP when we’re there. I don’t even have to give her my name at this point – she already knows it’s and goes over and beyond to provide Stellar Customer service. We appreciate her so much.

They gave out the wrong drink and they only gave me 1 sauce when I had an order of 3 sandwiches meals like what since does that make. Service was okay tho would appreciate if they checked the order before handing it out and actually putting more sauces next time.
