Awful customer service. I had placed my order online and they couldn’t even write the same name on the order. Food was lukewarm. Coffee was extremely hot and no creamer, milk or sugar was available. The server was very rude. This CFA store brings down the franchise reputation for good food and excellent customer service.

Worst experience ever at a Chic Fil A. Ordered a single shake with the app and got out of line to wait for it. Waited 10 minutes then noticed that people who were behind me started getting their orders. I asked the lady giving out the orders and she said that she can’t see the shake screen and I’ll juat have to wait. So I waited another 5 minutes. Finally, I had to walk away so I could make it to my flight. So a waste of money and time.

The worst Chick-fil-A of All , I place a order for my family and after waiting for about 20 minutes I ask front service about it with a back and forth answer that my order magical disappeared from the screen so I had to wait more time , that’s it no apology no amendment for the mistake so I asked to speak with supervisor to refund me my money so she went back to kitchen to try to complete my order that I refused no to eat at all I just wanted my money back. Quick turn around with my food and they provided me the correct order (special requests and all). However the customer service was poor and employee morale and attitude could significantly improve. Not a single employee was smiling or pleasant which is unusual in comparison to the other locations that I’ve visited elsewhere in the U.S.

Beginning my visit the cashier was extremely rude, his name is Kevin. I was having a conversation and didn’t know if he was at a register, so I did not proceed to him. I turn my body and see Kevin looking at me dead to my soul. Now keep in mind it is about 5 am and there are 2 teams of cheerleaders so I’m trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. I place my order and they start calling names. They call MADI (im Nadi.) and i turn around thinking hes calling for me and he hands me the bag. Now im waiting for my friends to get their orders and guess what. Kevin is calling across the airport for me screaming that i took the wrong order. You handed it to me Kevin. My biscuit is also dry and crackling like eczema skin.

If this Chick-fil-A wasn’t in the airport, it would be closed. Rude service. Tables were filthy. Food quality is not up to Chick-fil-A standards. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A until this one today.
