Visit would’ve been fine, the girl on the speaker was a tad short and almost seemed like she didn’t want to be taking our order. Nevertheless, it’s okay. My partner orders “mac and cheese as my side for my meal”, she says our total is $29 which i thought was a tad high for 2 people but it’s also Chick-Fil-a. We get up to the window and what I believe to be the manager double checks what cheese I ordered on my grilled club, awesome! The sandwich I ordered was supposed to have lettuce, tomato, bacon, a white bun, and extra cheese I paid for, with no issue. As we’re waiting after paying, I see that the girl on the speaker added the mac and cheese on as a-la-carte, not as a substitute for the fries….okay no big deal $4 extra. After the manager confirms what cheese I want we get our bag and are on our way. Sadly, when we arrive home I am given the complete wrong sandwich that had 0 cheese, 0 toppings and the bun I specifically changed, obviously for someone else, the point being I wont be eating this. I understand mistakes happen but when the pricing for extra cheese, bacon and toppings are what they are it’s really disappointing when you do not receive them….on top of getting the mac and cheese added a-la-carte. $30 essentially down the drain, we got maybe $18 of food we’ll actually be eating. Just sad because Chick-FilA normally doesn’t need me to check my bag before I leave the parking lot, I will be from now on

I love Chick-fil-A, but last night, I was wishing for something sweet and decided to get a brownie. Brownie was delish, but no small brownie is worth $2.25. These prices anymore make you not want to eat out.

The food, cleanliness, and friendly employees at this location has always been great. On average I probably have lunch here twice a week. However, today was the fourth visit in a row that my order was not correct – everything from wrong items, to missing utensils or condiments. The last few times my co-workers orders are missing items as well. Each time I’ve noted it to the manager, but nothing seems to be changing. Luckily we are dining in versus going to the drive-thru and I can easily have an employee fix the issue. I hope they are able to get these problems taken care of because I really like Chick-fil-A and the convenience of this location.

I was a little disappointed that they quit making chicken salad. The first few times I had gone to a Chick-fil-A I had the chicken salad and I was looking forward to having it again. I ended up getting chicken strips, which were good but I don’t usually eat fried foods!

The staff were friendly, just seemed rushed to get us through the drive through. We were the only ones there 5 minutes before closing but had placed our online order 15-20 minutes prior. An automatic message played on the drive through saying they were closed but then we spoke with a human and were able to pick our order up. The chicken on the salad was breaded instead of grilled as ordered. Still good service and polite employees.

Pretty high quality chick fil a with fast service. I remember when this place was in its infancy just being built and I thought the location had some real potential. It was nice to see it all grown up handing out high quality chicken sandwiches.

This location is busy, just like every other Chick FIL A in this area, but they manage it well. The workers are efficient and helpful and not pushing the company lines at you like robots. It’s probably my favorite location.
