Very nicely placed and plenty of parking. Incredible service and good food. I got the breakfast bowl w/Jalapeño Salsa Very easy in and easy out onto Freeport Road, great access to other shops and stores nearby. I highly recommend this place.

Not consistent at all, except for most of my orders which are consistently incorrect. Food is way more greasy than all the other Chick-fil-A’s I’ve been too. Workers have been very friendly in my experience, but there’s always a lot of kids in uniform sitting and on their phone… it’s a bad look. I think they have ventilation issues too because the fumes outside smell like death. I feel bad for the houses/neighborhood right next to this location.

Fox Chapel location – the cashier for the most part was ok, but after she took my order and gave me my receipt I said thank you, she quickly turned her head toward the next customer. I don’t expect that rudeness at chick fil A. I expect that behavior when at inner city eateries, but management shouldn’t permit this even if circumstances indicate otherwise

We ordered 600 nuggets for a graduation party and they were all very small nuggets. Most of them were the size of a nickle. Extremely disappointed for the amount of money that we paid. We will never do catering from there again. They also forgot to give us our chic fil a sauce.

On Memorial Day, 2023 we tried to go to breakfast at this Chick-fil-A. Both their website and Google Maps assured us that the restaurant was open by 8 AM. Arriving at 8:10 AM, we learned the hard way (see “sign”) that this was a lie. Not what we expect from Chick-fil-A.

Ordered 12ct of chicken nuggets was a joke. 7-8 small ct in total in a 12ct box. The box covered with flour and messy sauce. Chicken over fried, cold, and very salty than usual. Paid $19. This is one out of many times I didn’t get what I paid for. Disappointed.

This is one of the best run Chick-fil-A restaurants that I’ve encountered. They obviously have a great system of getting food out fast. I always see the supervisors and managers helping out. The drive-thru line is fast.

The wait wasn’t to bad about 10 mins. The food was the problem. Usually food is steaming hot. Our fries were just about cold they forgot our bbq sauce and the tender I got were next door to being cold. That’s alot of money to waste on cold food.
