So so useless .Stood on drive through line for 40 mins for an online order . Didn’t hear me on the mic and took the next car on the other lane. mmade me wait an extra 10 mins for my order because they didn’t have it ready. The worst chicfila so far .

Ordered a simple salad, drink and a kids meal. First they get my name wrong, second they forget my drink and finally when I get to my table I realised they got my salad order wrong. Ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for them to finally replace it with the correct one. Usually love chick fil a and give most of their establishments 5/5, this one, not so much.

Waited through long drive through lines. It’s fast food, better than average, but took 15 or so minutes just to reach take-out portal. The staff was friendly and prompt once the delivery point was reached. Spicy deluxe meal, sandwich, fries, soda was $11.40 including tax. This is pricier than I am used to paying but haven’t been frequenting fast food much recently. It may just be the new normal after price inflation. It’s quite popular and the lines were shorter than at other times I observed them. I am not unhappy. You may get faster service by going inside the restaurant.

So that place was completely a mess around the tables. It was left of sauces packages all around the tables left in there. And I not gonna get started with the server at the register, but I’ll will tell you that my friend want an order of the Spicy Chicken Deluxe. Instead she got another order at the table the chicken deluxe sandwich. Which that’s not the one she wanted. He heard her wrong or something because he didn’t put it right. Hearing levels has to rise in the place if you want better service and get the job done.

Been to many many CFA. North, South, West, etc. wonderful service here and great food served fresh and not good just sitting for 10+ mins. Was even greeted by the Owner Operator Cassie. She spoke with us and made sure everything was right, even the bun coverage. Not sure about those other reviews but for a place to be run this well from such a young professional lady, 1000% coming back when we visit the shore again.

First time visit and was not impressed. The bun was stale and fell apart while handling my chicken sandwich. The undercooked limp waffle fries were a bigger disappointment. I expected better after hearing all the hype about this brand. The price of $13 for a basic combo is a bit high also.

This was my first time through the drive-through. I want to applaud the three young people I interacted with the first gentleman that took my order with the iPad was patient, Kai who accepted my money was a delight, and so pleasant to talk with and the young lady that brought me my food wished me a beautiful day. Wanted to make sure I took the time to write this review as I just left there and finished my meal.

Read the bad reviews and still went, won’t be doing that again. Asked for two chicken sandwiches grilled, received two fried chicken sandwiches that were basically one piece of chicken with two sad pickles. Normally a big fan of the franchise but this location is terrible

Yesterday I had one of the most unpleasant dining experiences in my life at this Chick-Fil-A. Literally all five of my senses were assaulted. Sight- every single table in that place was dirty. Literally, every single one. The tops of the tables were gross but the mess under the tables was repugnant. The place clearly hadn’t been cleaned in hours. Smell- I smelled what I thought was barf but it could have been a disgusting rag used to clean the tables whenever they were last cleaned. Hearing- an off shift employee was listening to something on her phone literally at top volume with the speaker on. This lasted about ten min. Feel- sticky table and sticky floor. Finally taste- we ordered on the app to expedite the process and when I asked about why the food was taking so long (about 20 min since we arrived and finalized the order) they did not know why. An employee then took two bags off the counter where food prep was occurring and handed that to me. The ticket on the bag said the order was completed 15 min before I asked about it and sat there getting cold for that whole time. Corporate really needs to investigate and review this place and the franchisee. Whoever that person is, they are giving the company a bad name and it was overall a terrible dining experience.
