Pretty gross. Me and my family stopped in for lunch and when we ordered our food everyone miserable looking. Then we went to sit down and there was not a single table that was cleaned. Trash and old food all over every table. Asked the manager very politely to clean off a table so we could sit down and he noticeably gave attitude and took his time to come back and clean ONE TABLE. Then walked away, didn’t apologize or clean any other tables. Pure laziness! Wont come back! Also they forgot multiple items from our order.

This was the least favorite chick fil a I have been to. The food was pretty awesome, except for chicken sandwich was not good with cheese which they recommended. They forgot to give us straws, and the extra sauce that we asked for. We went inside first to use the restroom and the automated trash cans were really cool.

Delicious fried chicken burgers and criss cut fries. We had the deluxe w pepper jack, spicy deluxe and grilled chicken. Chicken was a tad dry but the overall taste was good. The chick fil a sauce goes really well with the fries. Lemonade, tho diet, tastes too sweet for my liking still. Great rest stop.

I have always enjoyed going to this Chick-fil-A when I’m going through Connecticut this morning not so much my order wasn’t ready. They had only one person in the front and one of the person on the window to help customers. While waiting for my order, I could observe the worker in the back, playing in her hair and tying up in a bun with her gloves on. I brought it to the attention of the manager in the front, and he looked at me like I was crazy. I asked him if he went by back to tell her I was trying to be discreet, and he went back there, but I did not see him go up to her . It is my hope that he addressed it because clearly that is not a sanitary practice.

Food was good for fast food but the bun does not hold up at all. I was half way through my chicken sandwich and the bun had completely fallen apart. Taste and freshness were very good though. Service was adequate.

Tables weren’t cleaned until we asked. I forgot to order Deluxe for our Spicy Chicken Sandwiches, but they didn’t charge me and brought it out to us. The food was delicious! I had spicy chicken deluxe, side of waffle fries, fruit cup.

This is my 8 piece order of nuggets… I’ll just go back to McD’s at this rate. Now whenever I go to this establishment, I have to inspect my order. I also ordered a spicy chicken deluxe meal which was great and wanted to save this as a snack for when I got home but it’s barely a snack. You guys are really skimping on the nuggets. They used to be pretty decently sized. Very sad!

Been a long time chick-fil-a fan since my MD days. So new to CT but not to me. What I love is their model of service and customer friendliness to always ensure a great experience. So, this review is more about my expectation that interaction with customer should be the same regardless of locale, city, state. Not sure I have heard my pleasure mentioned, no one checks on whether seated patrona may need something- it’s not the Chick-fil-a way. Restaurant was clean, some items must be measured, young peopleare nice but, customer experience should be the same. So, if you want to compare – don’t hesitate to visit Enfield location. Have a mootiful day!!!
