I went there with my wife today. First, we ordered Hamburger, fries and 2 cans of coke. Coke was $2 each. WTH?? Hamburger was so blend. So seasonings, flavor, sauce. It was a thin piece of petty, cheese, tomatoes, and bunch of lettuce. I have had hamburgers from many places, but this was one of the worst. Not to mention, it was about $6+. Then, I ordered boneless wings 6 pc. They were blend too. so seasonings. They didn’t ask if we wanted spicy one or BBQ flavor. Won’t go there or recommend this place if you are looking for flavorful and tasty meal. But, their fries were good and crispy. So, you can get fries from them. But Large portion seemed like medium portion from anywhere else.

Went there yesterday 12-6-2021, and the guy was just standing there doing nothing, I ordered a chicken tender sandwich, Cajun fries and a small fry for my son, the bread was old and had a weird taste, the lettuce was soggy and dark, and the Mayo was old or left out, when I opened the bun to see what tasted so weird it was hard to tell because everything looked bad. The Mayo was thick dark yellow and almost like drying glue or slime, I tried to ask Fr ranch before I opened it up and the ranch he gave me was a cup sitting on the counter not refrigerated and it tasted spoiled also

The worst customer service experience I ever had in my life. as I was ordering I guess the cook and the other worker was waiting for me to order. the cook was giving me the most nasty look I’ve ever seen somebody give me and. She started taunting my mother with her ignorant attitude. I went back to her and I told her did she know anything about customer service skills. I asked that question because I was so shocked on how unprofessional she was. she proceeded to give me an attitude and wouldn’t even give me her managers name when I asked for it. the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life and I would never recommend this place.

The food tastes great but it’s not for IBD patients. If you have IBD, you’ll have a great and clean meal that will wreck your stomach. Understand that it’s not contaminated, it’s just standard American food ingredients. You’ll run into legume ingredients, onions, garlic, chocolate, dairy, etc. But it tastes wonderful and they have safe food handling practices. Not the cheapest but it’s worth a little extra. They’re also usually quick.
