The food tasted ok but not the boba drinks.

Their food and snacks are really good. The batter is crispy and has that bite to it, and the seasoning is just right. If you want that legit Taiwanese flavor, look no further.

Finally a chinese food place where we can come with the kids. The fried squid was a bit chewier than I’m used to. The popcorn chicken was just right, maybe the bits should be a bit smaller. The sausage was yummy. The kids had plain rice, french fries, a sausage and a lemonade. The boba tea was great too. And the logo is very cute which is the reason we originally stopped by.

We got the grilled chicken and the ordinary fried chicken and the sausages for take out. Honestly, it is ok and the price is fair for the quantity. The sausages are great. However I find the chickens could be a little bit more salty but just personal opinion. The orders were quick.

3 behind counter. The menus in one wall box or picture wall. Empty place, 3 guys standing around. Spots of food on floor. Fingerprints on windows. Counter was clean. Appetizers and meal all at the same time. Fried shrimp, hot with golden crispy crust. Oyster mushrooms were mushy not crisp. Fried chicken was not hot. The crunch was close and interior steamed a bitg. The pork chop was not hot. Inner crust was mushy and was not very crispy.

I was kind of disappointed because I heard from friends that chick-fil-a’s nuggets are the best! But I think it’s okay. Kinda too salty.

Beat the lunch rush on a weekend so my friend and I got our food pretty quickly. The basil popcorn chicken plate/bento was pretty good and the portion size was large for the price – included lots of chicken, rice with minced pork, vegetables, and an egg, if I remember correctly. Tried one of the fruit teas with boba which was alright, but nothing special compared to other boba places in the Bay (Yifang Fruit Tea is probably my favorite).

The store owner does his business the right way thinking for the long term. We had a mishap there but he promptly took great care of it. Excellent customer service for sure. Of course, the popcorn chicken, grilled octopus, fried chicken steak and the braised pork chop bentos are delicious and the teas are always refreshing. Highly recommended.

I used to be a fan and things have gone downhill for this place. Food quality decreases and prices increase.
