I do not think this establishment should have Chicago on the side of it, that’s injustice to Chicago pizza. This pizza although the dough was good was very low quality for the price. Ordered the meatlovers pizza and there was barely any meat on it, cheese was low quality and sauce was pretty bland. All in all if your looking for pizza and are between this place and dominos sadly dominos wins… I left disappointed unfortunately. The things I did like was the staff was nice! Inside seemed cluttered and needs a deep clean.

Great first impression! I like the vibe of the store, I hardly waited for an in-person order, and was not disappointed in the pizza. The chicken tandoori pizza was pretty legit: the fresh cilantro, onion, and sauce with a kick will get your attention!

Not the best service. They said my order got “cancelled” then were like they couldn’t find it in the system which is why they couldn’t make it. Seemed like they were just saying a lot of excuses as to why my order wasn’t ready. Then the lady at the front was like how are you going to pay for the order when my card was already charged online. Not the best customer service. Wasn’t offered anything for wasting my time.

I love this place. The food is always first rate and they have great variety. They have options for everyone in my family. I have family members who are vegan, and some who can’t have gluten. Chicago Pizza with a Twist can accommodate them, as well as those of us who don’t have particular dietary needs. I love having a place where we can all eat together and have it taste good too

I came here with my family and my kids loved the cheese breadsticks and pizzas. Staff was very courteous and welcoming. Nice clean tables and floor. We loved every bite and will be back! (Aloo Chat pizza, butter chicken deep dish and butter chicken pasta)

Absolutely terrible customer service. Won’t honor coupons off their own site. Then when I asked for tandoori sauce on a pizza they said no only red or white sauce with no reason why. I can definitely see why they have no customers on a Friday night at 5pm.
