The best chicken bacon ranch pizza! We had a birthday party last Saturday and they were so sweet and accommodating. And we had 7 kids! Didn’t even ask for refills. She was just right there. All the pizzas were amazing. And the best part of course is the BREADSTICKS

Do NOT go off of the prices on their online menu!!! Ordered several pizzas for the guys in the shop, and I based my order on pricing from online menu. When I picked up the pies, the order total was $57 higher! After looking over my receipt and double checking the prices on the online menu, I called to inquire about the pricing and was told the prices online are subject to change. Pizza was tasty, but pricing was WAY higher than advertised or expected.

Long story short, my wife tripped and dropped 2 pizzas on the way out the door she asked if she could get the pizzas remade unbaked to take home and bake. The lady made the pizzas then wanted full price. Absolutely their choice to do that just seems like bad customer service to me. We were getting carry out at least once a week. We’ll be sure to not go back.

Honestly the breadsticks was not what they used to be and my hubby and I feel like they changed the cheese sauce for the bread sticks. The cheese sauce tasted like mac n’ cheese “cheese”. We always get the cheese sauce the garlic butter sauce and I get the marinara. Like I said the cheese seemed different totally different taste than normal and the garlic butter sauce had like no garlic flavor at all and as for the marinara that was good as always. Just a different experience this time than we are used to having at this restaurant! They do offer contact less service the one downside if all ya have is cash your S.O.L CARD ONLY!

These guys are Grade-A customer service people. They usually hire young high schoolers or kids in their early 20’s but they obviously do a great job at the hiring process because they are all so friendly. The pizzas and bread sticks are consistent day in and day out. You know exactly what you are getting. Of course just like any establishment there is human error. My only gripe about this place as of this writing is that they don’t offer chef salads as carry out because of the pandemic. OMG, their chef salads are the best and you know what? The plastic reusable bowls that they put them in is basically worth the price of the salad alone! Great place, good food. Good pizza. I love their deep dish. Try it out!!!

Ordered 2 large pizzas on a Friday night. Picked up and took home due to Covid. The pizzas were limp and wet, not good at all. I called at 9:03 pm to lodge a complaint and they were closed. I called the next day and spoke with a young man, he explained that their ovens sometimes do that and he apologized. I explained to him that this was my first time trying their pizza and it wasn’t a good experience. He again apologized. I spent $44 for these 2 pizzas and wasn’t even offered a discount or anything. I won’t eat here again!!!!!

As someone who worked in food service for 18yrs I am going to give a honest review. We stopped on our way through and decided to give Chicago’s a try for the first time. It was brutally hot. No ac and hotter inside then outside in mid July. The bread sticks were awesome. The pizza was one big puddle of grease. The restaurant itself is in desperate need of a deep clean as everything was dirty ,even the bathroom door was sticky . the young girl who waited on us was nice but overall we wouldn’t recommend

The breadsticks were great, and ooh my goodness the deep dish Chicago style pizza was great! The toppings really tasted fresh. It was an experience! The servers made sure we had everything we needed, checked in on us and replaced my dipping sauce when I spilled it….silly me. We came from Terre Haute for my husband to have his Chicago pizza fix, and it was worth it.
