To start, we did go at 3 pm on Tuesday, so the place was empty, but they just had the radio playing. All we heard was radio ads. the atmosphere was mild at best. The staff did not look happy at all. I tried the Burger Rolls and they were surprisingly delicious. My husband’s burger was good, although the bacon was overcooked. None of the food items came with fries. They have to be ordered separately. They were good, though. The presentation of the dishes was also mild. We paid $31 with no beverages. Out of 10, I’d give this place 5.5 overall.

The food exceeded my expectations. We didn’t wait too long. The employees were very knowledgeable. They have possibly the best fries in Tampa. You can even customize your own burger and that’s amazing

Wow! Awesome burger, cooked to order (medium) with made daily fresh french fries. Both were prepared and brought immediately hot off the grill by Brian; who makes one heck of a burger. I recommend #1 which is the Chicago’s Best Burger. This has bacon, cheese, jalapeno, and egg.

WOW, just WOW! The vibe of this place is awesome. This is a small business that we will 100% frequent. The burger menu is featured on the wall in picture format (as well as a hand held menu) to help you drool over the burgers and assist you in making the best burger choice. The food was piping hot and the French fries are the best I’ve ever had. Please stop

This is one of the few restaurants that I come to regularly and it never gets old. The grass fed burgers and the ingredients are always fresh and well-made. These are the best burgers and fries I’ve ever had in my life. If you want to try a real life krabby patty, get the classic cheeseburger. It’s everything you’d imagine it to be. You can’t go wrong with any of their signature burgers. The owners are great people and take their craft seriously and the food reflects that. All of their staff are kind and helpful and you truly feel the sense of community here.

Excellent burgers and fries and the price was reasonable. Have to mention that their Coke was really good and not watered down (syrup to carb water) like a lot of places these days. Plus a nice little ice cream shop next door for afters.

As a small business, this was my first time eating here and I have to say I am thoroughly impressed! Food was melt – in – your – mouth delicious, juicy, and they have so many options it covers everyone’s tastes when it comes to a burger. It’s right next to an ice cream joint, which is perfect if you’re looking to add a shake to the mix.

Overall the food was good. Just needed to be a little warmer when served. An decent arrangement of specialty burgers including cheeseburger egg rolls. Nice thick burgers and fries were great. Will be back

Cheeseburger egg roll was really good but the burger my husband got was a bit dry and burger was smaller than how it appeared in photos but he said it wasn’t bad. The lady working was very nice and had good service but I noticed the prices ringing up were higher than menu prices. Then I noticed a small message on card payment kiosk stating there is a 4% charge for card payments. Even though I don’t agree with this practice in business I do understand more and more places are doing this. This is the first time I have experienced it automatically adding 4%to each item ordered instead of at the end of the transaction. I would recommend that if a business is going to pass along the CC processing fee cost of doing business to the customer that they incorporate that in the menu prices and then have a sign or message on the menu stating “4% discount for cash payment”. This makes the customer feel less tricked than when they order seeing one price on menu but each item ringing up higher ( before payment method is even determined). Seems like a small thing but in today’s pricing with inflation it does matter.
