Best pizza ever, and the customer service is amazing also. Every time I’m in boise I always bring this pizza home. I wish I could open my own franchise in my area and show people what amazing pizza tastes like. Very very very impressed. Let’s recognize the men and women making the pizza also, because they do a phenomenal job. They always offer to assist you to your vehicle. They must follow things to a guideline on making your pizza because it’s perfect every time. They keep the facility clean. I have never walked in and seen anything dirty. They are definitely worth the tip a waiter or waitress would get. There is no other word than phenomenal for them. They must be taken care of by corporate because they take care of customers. Proof trickle down economics does work if used correctly.

Sliding into DMs 101
They were the best in town before closing down but since reopening, every time I go in it’s hard to get attention from crew members. ALWAYS here bad language being yelled. Pizza is always burnt or not the right order. You can see all the kitchen members vaping in the back. It is one of the most unprofessional and all around grossest pizza places. The other location are perfect though.

I love this pizza but the last 2 time I got pizza it was burnt. If this pizza gets burnt its trash the cheese on top is so hard and nasty… and the crust is black…

I’ve had all types of pizza’s and not one of them was or has what Chicago pizza has. The dough is fantastic and the sauce is just right. It’s not greasy as all the other pizza joints. Never will i try any one of them again. Only one is number one in my book is Chicago Pizza. Boise, Idaho

Boise’s best pizza, hands down. Far exceeds Flying Pie in every way. (I’m not sure what all the fuss is about at Flying Pie, anyway. To have been featured on a national television show, I expected more from the ‘famous’ Flying Pie.) Chicago Connection is exceptional in all categories. There isn’t a superior pie to be had anywhere else within city limits. With only top quality ingredients and baked to perfection EVERY TIME, Chicago Connection never fails to satisfy. This is my favorite place to eat in all of the Treasure Valley. Shout out to the staff at the Overland location: you guys are doing a spectacular job, consistent pizza bliss every time I order. What more could you ask for? Brilliant.

Always good. Always fresh and hot and always professional at the door. I personally think Chicago connection has the closest pizza to what you could get in Chicago for sure. Costs a little more but worth it because the ingredients are 100% fresh and flavorful especially ones with Thai basil. The pizza is hot enough to burn your mouth. Excellent.
