Their Pizza is the best, but they gave my order to someone else and I waited 15 more minutes for them to remake it. At that point they could have just gave me a coupon for next time or even a 2 liter for their mistake. I even had left them a tip with online ordering so in my opinion they should have done better.

This was our first time here. Truly the best pizza our family has had in a very long time! The sauce was spot on – you could taste the tomatoes instead of spices. The cheese was the right consistency and the sausage was perfect amount. We were able to feed our family of 5 for under $30 (without tip) including appitizer and drinks. We will definitely be coming here again.

Sad to write this, I have ordered from Chicago Connection for years and this experience has been pretty awful. ( I would have rated it a 1 star but I couldn’t bring myself to do it. ) Waited 2 hours tonight to get an extremely over cooked pizza that had no sauce on it really. It had to be thrown in the trash when my daughter and her friend brought it to my attention before I could even take a bite. $40 down the drain..

I stood right there and told the guy do not cut the pizza and he said we don’t unless you ask us to! I get home and the thing is cut into 14 pieces and it’s a medium! I tried to call for 20 minutes and kept getting a busy tone! Extremely unhappy with this!
