I ordered a large lasagna pie, it took 35 plus minutes to get it out tome for pick up. Once the lady brought it out I opened the box and it was just tossed in and it was everywhere. I showed it to the lady and all she said was oh. I will not be going back , and here’s pictures of it.

Ordered 2 mini two topping pizzas (one was to go), one dinner salad and one soft drink. The food and service were good but the prices are really high. Paid almost $25.00 for the little food that I got. Also, noticed on the receipt that I was charged a service charge. I asked about the charge and was told that it was the cost for making the pizza and salad. That is ridiculous. Now I know why there are either very little or no customers in their establishments. Actually, you can go right down the street to another pizza place and get a better pizza and/or salad for a cheaper or reasonable price. I can not imagine how much the bill would be for a family. I will not recommend them to anyone because of the high prices and the service charge.

Despite all the negative reviews this restaurant seems to generate my husband and I decided to give try one Friday evening. We’ve recently bought a new house in an area that no one seems to want to deliver pizza to, so huge thanks to Chicago Connection for being the only pizza company we’ve found to do so to date.

Mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the money. There’s at least a dozen alternatives close by that are better. It was clean and the employees were friendly but the food is “meh”.

This is the second time I’ve ordered a pizza there with green onions on it and received green peppers instead. So I had to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza. They sent the other one home with me but I just threw it away because I hate green peppers!

Off our list for pizza delivery. Placed an order at 5:50pm with a delivery time given of 6:40. It arrived 2 hours after placing the order with nothing other than “got here as fast as I could” from driver (Mitchel, if given the correct name). I called at 30 minutes past delivery time given at 7:10pm and was told 15 more minutes (we live 8 minutes away). 40 additional minutes later it arrives, 2 hours after ordering. It was warm enough for the people still hungry for it – I was over it by now. I tried calling 5 times beginning at 7:30 to cancel the order, but a busy signal/phone off the hook? You’ve got my phone number – call with an explanation if you’re having difficulties and an order is so late so we have the opportunity to cancel or at least offer a discount for next time – something!

We have always enjoyed their pizza as take out or delivery. The service has been going downhill with our recent purchase. The last purchase we ordered a half combo and half vegetarian. They forgot the vegetables on the vegetarian side. It was just cheese. It is little things like this that add up over time. Hopefully it will get better in the future.

My wife placed an order for pick-up. She then received some sad news from family out of state. I called to see if I could pick up 30 min sooner. Without hesitation the girl on the phone said absolutely, I will get it started now. I wish I had gotten her name. she was working on 3/9/23 around 4:30pm. early 20’s?
