This is a great little place in Rosemont Fashion Outlets in the food court where you can get burgers and fries of all types cooked right in front of you. The service here is good and friendly and the food comes out pretty quickly. Its also quite affordable.

Rosemont location. Burger is thinner than the onion slice. I had to take a piece of the meat off of the sandwich to taste it. This burger pattie is paper thin. The girl at the register must be scared because you can barely hear what she’s saying. The food court is a wide open area so sounds go awry but she needs to speak loudly so customers can hear her. I don’t think she is really good with English. The fries were good but how can you get that wrong? The iced tea is severely watered down. $7.99 for Jr. Angus burger combo. Not worth the money. I SHOULD HAVE WAITED TO GO HOME TO EAT.

The Chicago fire burger was ok, although it wasn’t salty at all. We asked for more salt but they told us they were out of it. The same thing with the fries. Crispy and tiny but unsalted. The service was prompt and the prices are ok.

Patty was so thin I could see right through I saw the employee picking his nose while handling the food. Braindead employees do not recommend if you want sanitary food.

I had such a great experience at Chicago Burger Company this past weekend! I got to meet the owner and he was super kind and helpful! He made sure my hot dog was sizzled to perfection. The Cajun fries were amazing! I definitely recommend trying this restaurant even if you only get the fries! The only recommendation I would make is to decorate more for the holidays to make it more aesthetically pleasing!
