Great outdoor atmosphere with live music during the weekend. We decided to try a bit of everything and thoroughly enjoyed the steam bun appetizer, soba noodles soup, tempura platter and fresh made sushi! Highly recommend this casual spot for high quality Hawaiian and Japanese inspired fare for an outstanding dining experience!

This place never disappoints! We love going for lunch and relaxing on one of their beautiful outdoor decks. The garden atmosphere, along with great food and fun vibes makes this a winner every time. We’re never rushed and Keith and his team are very personable and offer the gift of hospitality at its best.

This is probably one of my favorite places to go to in Westfield! The owners are super friendly and active in their business. I love that they make you feel so welcome. We have been here so many times from the middle of the winter during a snow storm to sitting in the out buildings or outside during the summer. They have fabulous sushi choices and Nicole has encouraged me to try things I wouldn’t normally try and I have loved them! Service has always been great. I highly suggest using open table for reservations on busy nights! Delicious cocktails too! Live music on select nights. I can’t say anything bad about this place!!!

First time here and came with 2 grandsons. Had good reviews so thought we’d give it a shot. Called and asked about a reservation but was told they don’t take them. Surprise we had to wait awhile while they scrambled to find a sit for us as people came in WITH RESERVATIONS. Jessica was our waitress and very nice, she had good suggestions and checked in frequently. Food was great all sushi very well done and tasty. I’d recommend it but make a reservation is a good idea.

We love the food and dining experience here at Chiba! Keith the owner and Kasey his General Manager will always make sure you have the best dining experience at Chiba! Very unique menu and everything tastes amazingly fresh! My favorite is the lemongrass hot and sour soup. It has fresh crawfish, mushrooms and really good glass noodles!

Definitely my favorite sushi restaurant! The atmosphere on their patio is so cute and fun and the food is absolutely delicious. Every time we go, everyone is so nice, especially Casey! He goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience at Chiba.

We loved the Nachos! Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. My daughter is usually a picky eater and loved the Chicken Teriyaki. The owner’s were so friendly and worked hard at making sure we enjoyed our visit. What a find in our lucky little town.

This place is SO good! It’s kind of ridiculous how good this place is. It actually makes me feel bad for anyone who doesn’t eat here. Their sushi rolls are very unique, and all of them have been delicious. Signature cocktails are good too… And not weak! I highly recommend the tuna poke nachos! And literally any roll that looks good to you. They’re all amazing! Oh, and do yourself a favor and get some of the bread pudding too! Yum!

We had a reservation at 6:15 on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was very loud. I could barely hear the person across from me talking or the waiter. We weren’t in the bar, but the music (not live) was so loud it felt like I was in a college bar and not a restaurant. We weren’t ready to order our meal immediately and that resulted in not placing our meal order for almost 30 minutes because our waiter was nowhere to be found. Our appetizer did arrive fairly promptly. We needed to leave by 7:25 for another engagement and by 7:10 were getting very concerned we weren’t going to get our meal in time. Food was coming out of the kitchen pretty regularly, but when we were finally able to flag down our waiter at 7:15, he took five minutes to inform us it was going to be another 15 minutes for our food. We had no choice but to leave without getting our food. I tried to discuss this experience with the manager prior to writing this review, but when I asked to talk to them, the hostess instead talked down to me about how they were very busy, etc. I would not recommend this restaurant and I don’t plan to return. Service was terrible and our appetizer was just ok. I am truly baffled as to how this restaurant has such a high rating on Google.
