Great portion size and taste. It is a bit pricey for chinese takeout, though. I haven’t tried their Thai food just yet, but the quality is definitely good in the chinese food department. Some of their fried chicken entrees do feel old, especially the sweet entrees. But if you go for something other than that, the food is awesome.

Ordered for delivery. Chicken was rubbery and flavorless as were the vegetables. Everything I ordered was bad. I didn’t think it was possible to mess up fried rice but the fried rice was bland with a weird chemically aftertaste. Even the fortune cookies were bad. Yet another restaurant proving there’s no good Chinese food in Charlotte.

Chinese – fast, friendly, very tasteful & get it on the run! Owners & Chef’s are superb! At the Arbo! Take out only, a few tables are there inside HT

I ordered the Crispy Scallion Chicken which came with rice; I also ordered 1 egg roll. My total was $14 which seems pretty pricey especially since no drink was included. For this food to be “fresh” the crispy chicken was soo soggy. The meal came with exactly 3 pieces of broccoli and everything was extremely bland! I ate a portion and just couldn’t eat the rest. I did expect higher quality since this restaurant is inside a Harris Teeter. This meal is also listed on their menu as a spicy item … it’s not. I feel like I wasted my money & this will be my first and last visit!

There are so many other “good” Chinese food restaurants in Charlotte. The only good thing about the meal was the convenience of the location (inside Harris Teeter Supermarket). Service was very slow and food was below expectations. The server almost forgot our rice and the shrimp roll was tiny (not worth the price). The chicken “sesame chicken” cut in half and noticed the few pieces of chicken and donut tasting under-cook coating. Nasty!

The flavors are certainly on a decent level but every time I have ordered from them there’s been just something to dislike about each dish. Currently the pad thai is so dry and chopped up until teeny little pieces that is just not enjoyable.

Do not bother with the Thai section of the menu, Pad See Ew was flavorless; the red curry was very bland and watery and had mostly cabbage with few other veggies; and the Pad Kraprow was not flavorful and was just really salty. Also all of it was kind of mushy. We ordered 2 entrees and they both came with rice, but they only gave us 1 rice so I had to cook more white rice when I got home so we’d have enough.

Take out only. Food is quick and tasty. The menu is huge with an assortment of either Thai or Chinese food. Have tried them a couple of times and always had a great experience.

Not a bad first experience. We ordered take out and it was ready in 15 minutes. My wife got the General Tso’s which wasn’t too spicey compared to most restaurants. The shrimp fried rice was good and both portions were large enough for leftovers. The egg rolls were surprisingly the best I’ve had compared to most local restaurants. We will definitely come here again.
