Exceptional food, service and atmosphere. From starters-delicious Paté, Escargots de Bourgogne-not in the shell, baked in a creamy sauce with crusty baguette to dip; Charred Octopus, and a special of crispy Soft Shell crab for either appetizer or entree, so fantastic one of our party got both! Hearty Cassoulet and succulent Boeuf Bourgignon were amazing. And the dessert! Do not miss the Mille Feuille or Creme Brulé. Chez Georges has become a dining destination when we visit Hilton Head, and we look forward to the next visit!

Thank you to Chez Georges to their excellent dining experience! We walked in without reservations and were eagerly greeted by the friendly hostess. We chose to sit at the bar, and were provided outstanding hospitality from Clint the bartender. He was very polite and so informative about Hilton Head Island. All of the menu suggestions he recommend were fantastic. It was a great evening and I would recommend it to anyone who visits!

We had a wonderful dining experience at the bar at Chez George last night. The maitre d told us stories of how they go to Europe to visit Michelin 5 star restaurants and get in-season truffles. He introduced us to the owners. The bartender recommended the pork shank, which was Heavenly. My husband had bouef bourgogne and it was also fabulous. All this after an amazing charcuterie board! Well done, Chez George! We will be back.

We loved this restaurant. Our waitress was wonderful, the atmosphere was great. We had the octopus, duck, and a salad. All dishes were incredible with an impressive array of different flavors working so well together. Definitely would come back!

This was such a pleasurable eating experience! Our party of 4 just wanted something light so we sat at the bar…. Everyone was so friendly! Eric, the bartender was very attentive and informative! The bistro has lovely food and a lovely ambience! Beautiful and tasty food! It is a must if you are on Hilton Head Island!

My husband and I are French food lovers! His family is from France so we are often looking for some good French food. I’m so glad I found this place on our first trip to Hilton Head! The entire experience was perfection and the food was SOOOO GOOD!! We had found a French restaurant that was actually French inspired and good! Well done! I can’t believe this place opened in 2020… it’s still standing and it should be. The decor, staff, drinks, food…. 5 stars from me. We loved it so much, we canceled our reservation at another restaurant to come back to this one .
