Second try with them. Perhaps the last. I love chicken livers when they are cooked correctly. They do not have to be over cooked. Second time and they have been cooked so long the liver is burnt and brittle and the crust has been cooked away. Go to Pinterest and learn how to properly cook chicken livers, Because what you are offering is subpar and below your standards.

I’m sharing this review in the hopes that management somehow sees. We stopped today while on the road and were served by Ricky. It was Father’s Day and my husband, two children, and I were driving home from a family visit out of state. Ricky was so incredibly kind to us all and it was just so touching to see someone working so hard and also being just so sweet to our kids and to us. Ricky – thank you! The young lady running the restaurant by her self was very friendly and courteous. Made my meal without hesitation or attitude. Went back on 5/8/19 at about 2100 hrs and did NOT get the same. Gentleman said he had to hand bread my chicken gizzards(first excuse) and secondly that he had done his fryers for the night. I spend about 40 bucks a week(yeah whatever) On livers and gizzards as nowhere else sells them..and that was a loss for the company that night.. Tighten up son..

Seriously just had the sweetest experience getting some dinner we stop at the loves station which happen to have a cheater attached to it.. the man working tonight when above and beyond was so sweet and kind to our son and just overall a very pleasant experience and moments like that mean so much to me that there is just general kindness left in the world..

We stopped here and “Rick” helped us. We had never ordered from a Chesters before and he explained everything nicely. Our food was fresh and just as we ordered. What I was most grateful for though is he made it very kid friendly! He spoke to my children nicely, helped carry our items over to our table and went above and beyond spliting our order into a couple different containers so make my 5 and 7 year old happy. He made our visit much more kid friendly!

I have not been impressed with Restaurant staff in a very long time! However I want this company to recognize the people that work nights at Loves gas stop in Knoxville I’ll.. the guy that worked Sunday 25 of January was so amazing!! You are lucky to have someone like him that works!!

Horrible customer service. If you have family meals listed on the menu, you need to make sure you can have the all the components that go with the meal. For example if you get a family meal you get 2 large sides 12 wedges and 4 biscuits. If you don’t have enough biscuits don’t make your customers wait 20 minutes for fresh biscuits after you have already taken the chicken and wedges out of the warmer. When we asked about taking 1.38 off the price of the meal they were dumbfounded and needed to call a manager which took 5 mins for him to get there. And then he offered to take a dollar off the meal. Seriously we were going to pay $25.00 for the meal plus $15 dollars for 10 tenders. You just lost $40.00 over $1.38.
