Came here on the way back from Alabama Safari Park. Poor customer service, rude service, items missing, stale food, nasty tables. This was a complete waste of money and time. Three options attached to a Loves Truck Stop: Subway, Godfathers Pizza, and Chester’s. I should’ve made another choice. The chicken was fresh out of the grease and still tasteless. The sides were stale. Not worth taking a picture.

God, if I could put 0, I would have. This was the worst experience we have ever had at fast food in between states. Employees are either racist and didn’t want to serve me and my family, or they are just unhappy in general. Never ever in my life I felt such a confusion during a simple order they made it ridiculously hard for everyone. AVOID BY ALL MEANS!!!

Chester’s is trash. I paid 13 dollars for my meal and got 4 pieces of dry and cold chicken with 3 scolding hot potato wedges that I waited on roughly 20 minutes to cook. I will never go back. They need to close down.

It didn’t make me sick, but I wouldn’t have been shocked if it had. The chicken sandwich I was handed from under a heat lamp was exactly as you’d expect (tolerable but not good) but the mashed potatoes were inedible. They were sour.

I am amazed that this place stays in business. The worst service I have ever had. The two employees stared at me, like I was ready to do a circus act. That whole group of business at this location is a terrible mess. Get gas, and get gone down the road. Save your sanity and cash. Buyer beware.

Every time I go in this restaurant, employees are standing around talking and playing. They never have any food cooked, nothing is ever fresh if they do. I’ve been in before on they literally only had 3 potato logs and 1 piece of dried out chicken, with everyone standing around talking. Don’t waste you’re time.
