The Native American young man that served us today was very pleasant and accommodating. He Let us know upfront about the things they are out of but let us know about combo deals to save us money. I see why they run out of food. It’s a truck stop and good is really good. My first time trying Chesters while passing through for my Vegas trip. If the food is fried a little hard or if you come across one of the service members and they are in not a pleasant mood. Keep in mind they working Chesters and Subway but are only being paid for one job. If you working 2 store you should be subsidized for the additional store especially during peak hours.

Gizzards a bit salty, brown gravy was bitter, reheated chicken. But, what made write this review was the rudeness, unprofesional, customer service of the cashier on Saturday 17th 2022 @1:30 pm. Not sure why she still works at this place when she seems to hate her job.

Can’t give this lower than 1 star…minus 2 stars. We eat at Chester’s all over the western side of the U.S. and this place gives Chester’s a bad name….They under cook their chicken, no breading and half the size of a normal chicken tenders compared to other Chester’s. Rude, dirty workers, and it’s sad that they are allowed to continue in business. SAD!

The chicken is delicious there. The problem was that I ordered a #4 (buffalo chicken nuggets) for $4.69 and I received a #2 (4 piece chicken tenders). I don’t know if she was new but she didn’t seem to know what I ordered and wouldn’t take them back and give me the correct order. Then we ordered 2-8 piece chicken only. They told us it would be 30 minutes. Why don’t they realize that they don’t have breast and legs available, and cookup some more. So we waited. Bad experience this day

Every time we are traveling through we learn to call to check to see if they have gizzards at this location, because they are some of the most laziest people. They never have them. I finally said do you guys ever have them? She said well on Friday it takes like 3-4 days to thaw out, she says. Well if you guys know this wouldn’t you know to take out the next batch nightly and take out enough to keep you on going! My goodness this is nothing but pure laziness! And it’s a shame to be messing up the owners finances and business not to mention jeopardizing your employment! SMH!! Oh and the awesome gas station Loves because now we are not stopping to get diesel gas or shop there.

Stopped in to get some gizzards and the girl said that I was going to have to wait 2 and a half hours, plus their deli bend was totally empty. Thus is the second time this has happened to me. Once in Phoenix and now on Kingman. I give Chester’s Chicken absolutely zero stars, however, the rating app won’t let me so I had to choose 1 star.

Very friendly staff, gave us extra points for having to wait in line so long. Clean shower, restrooms are not great but no worse than every truck stop in southern Cali. Chester’s chicken, was fresh and juicy. Parking lot is pretty steeply angled, but had many open slots at 5 pm.
