I ordered a 16 pcs during dinner rush; under the heated lamp (I get it, no worries) it wasn’t anything to write home about but it served its purpose. Good customer service. I imagine fresh food would taste even better, just a matter of showing up at the right time.

At 5:30 pm Sunday we stopped to pick up an 8 piece chicken meal to go. What was left of the sides looked as though they had been on the steam table since 8 am Saturday. The chicken was dry, the biscuits which had just come from the kitchen were hockey pucks, the potato wedges were soggy and some were dried out. You would think at a meal time hour the food would have been fresh and appealing. All in all one of the worst meals we have had.

I went to Chester’s for lunch on Labor Day. The Server was polite, took my order and got me out the door!!! She was very patient when I asked her about the dipping sauce… six times! The chicken strips were huge and quality white meat! I will go back to a Chester’s for lunch, snack or dinner. Please honor your server at the Chester’s in Yuma, AZ (right off the 8 fwy), SHE performed as you would want and i was treated at a customer!

Very good fried chicken. The staff is very nice and courteous, and the place is kept very clean. It’s a good place to try, and prices are pretty reasonable. Thanks again for the great service! My family and I enjoyed our meal very much.

Place was dirty and honestly the only thing that was ok about the place was the chicken. The employees are nice though and I was even directed away from getting the mac and cheese by the cashier. So thanks to you anonymous cashier for saving me from whay could’ve been even worse than what I already got.
