One of the best Chinese Take Out Restaurants in Uniondale. The owner is always kind and makes sure each customer gets great service and food. Also they always get your food to you within a decent time frame when you order delivery. So far I have yet to be disappointed.

The food is trash, and the customer service is horrible!!!!! I called to make an adjustment and once I gave the adjustment they said no, (I asked to add an order of fried rice) and they hung up the phone. I called back and they would pick up and hang up, and once I got my order the broccoli smelt spoiled!!

I called and placed an order for delivery with restaurant, and the price that they were charging me did not match the rates on the menu. Then when I went over the rates they were trying to charge me an extra hidden tax in my price. When the delivery guy arrived, I gave him the exact change because they charged me for the delivery plus their get-over rate. The delivery guy throw the change at me because I did not give him a tip. THAT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I called the restaurant to report what the delivery guy did and he said he didn’t care. UNPROFESSIONAL AND I AM GIVING THEM THIS POOR REVIEW AND I ENCOURAGE AS MANY AS POSSIBLE NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICES AT THIS LOCATION.
