Came here for dinner Friday night, just my husband and I and had a good experience. It was so good we wanted to bring our kiddos back for the same experience and it was better than our first!

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Chengdu Memories. The first thing that struck me was the amazing broth that was served with our hot pot. It was flavorful and savory, and definitely one of the best broths I’ve had at a hot pot restaurant.

We came here after hearing many positive things about this restaurant. We were expecting a long wait on a Saturday night, but it turned out to be only around 20 minutes. When you enter, there are also free amenities such as hair ties, clothing spray, and small snacks while you wait. The seats also had aprons that you could wear for splashes. For the food, we ordered the large meat ring for only $22 and various noodles and other proteins. Our broth was half bone broth and half mild spice. There was also a make-your-own sauce and snack bar for $2.50 a person. Some drinks such as the milk tea were refillable. Everything was amazing and very cheap for the value we were getting compared to other hotpot places. The staff were also very kind and attentive to our table. The bathrooms had free floss and mouthwash which was nice after big meal.

This place is such a fun hot pot spot in chinatown! For the price it’s a luxury experience. They have so many little trinkets and surprises like aprons, hair ties, makeup and toothbrushes in the bathroom for you. The food is delicious and aesthetically pleasing.

Great quality food, if a little expensive compared to other options in the area. They pack a lot of people into the dining area, so it’s a bit tight, but I found it added to the festive atmosphere.

This place was awesome! We went on a Sunday night and had a short wait. While waiting we noticed some free snacks, nail polish to keep us busy and some other items like a baggie for our cellphones, clothing spray so we didn’t smell like food and hair ties! The food was awesome and fresh…we ate it all! Loved this place and will def plan on coming back!

There was a huge line outside when we arrived at opening time, but we were lucky to get the last few seats in around 25 minutes.
