I’ve been going to Chef Wan since I was a Junior at Islands Highschool back in 2011. This place just doesn’t miss. I’ve been to a lot of different Chinese places in my day, but their Lo Mein and Mongolian Beef are both the best I’ve ever had. Their fried rice is really great as well.

The Sesame Chicken was fantastic! Prices were very reasonable and portions were great. My only problem at all was that, although I live fairly close (I live on Wilmington Island) I was still outside of the delivery zone. Still got Uber Eats though for a mere 49 cent delivery fee. Still I would prefer to pay a delivery fee to the business itself, so it would be fabulous if they would expand their delivery territory just a bit.

I have been eating their food for the last 15 years. By far, they have the best Chinese food on the island. The chicken and eggplant, Mongolian shrimp, and tofu with veggies were all very delicious.

Well, I usually don’t get Chinese because it generally all tastes the same – which doesn’t say much because the baseline has always been so low. This place, however, is good! We ordered the Jalapeño Chicken, Pork Twice Sautéed, Hot and Sour Soup, Egg Drop Wonton Soup, and Egg Roll….all….good. Unlike like every other Chinese place I’ve ever tasted, when this place says spicy it actually does have some nice heat. The flavors are great. Ok….guess there is Chinese food in the U.S.A. I do enjoy.
