I’ve been there a couple times, now not so much lately since I changed jobs two months ago. The staff remembered me and were very friendly. They gave great suggestions when I was stumped that every burger and shake looked good on the menu. I ended up having a delicious, quickly made meal that quenched my hankering for god ole fashion 50’s music and dining. When I suggested the servers put on skates, the guy was all for it but the trainee who also did excellent at making me feel at home, she said she’s pass. Now a skate board was more up her alley. 😉

I thought the food was great!!! I thought the service was great!!! Pains me to give this establishment only 3 stars but for what I spent on lunch for me and my (2) boys I could have had filet mignon. Come on guys it was (3) burgers. None of which came with fries or sides that were like $10 a piece! After we added Milk Shakes I figured… next time we’ll just do the McDonalds across the street! Sweet experience. Nice atmosphere, but I fear at these prices we won’t be seeing you often.

Not much to say really… the burgers we ordered medium well and came out rare were talking still mooing. Considering one was for my 4 year old son he didn’t approve. They still charge a dollar for a small little cup of sauce or $1.50 a topping for ur burger. All said and done 1 kids burger 2 adult a appetizer and a shake is $30 dollars. Food quality does not reflect the pricing.

The waitresses did very well considering that they were understaffed. A table sat with food and dishes on it for about 30 minutes and it took about 10 to take our order. However the food and milk shakes were great. The menu will nickel and dime you for every little extra thing you want. Our extras totaled an extra 8 dollars. (larger side of thousand island, cooked onions, etc) Food B Experience C-. It’s lost a little something over the years. 2 adults 2 kids $50 and change.

This was the most overpriced, bad food I have eaten in a long time. For the portions they serve and the price they charge you would think you were in downtown Manhattan. The service was poor and slow. They charged my 10 year old as an adult because company policy sates “if he reads the adult menu he is charged that way”, what?? Their sign says don’t even think of seating yourself–I get it, but c’mon it shows the owners have no idea about customer service. I hope this review reaches many people. Save your money! I never went on line and wrote a review before, but this is how bad the overall experience was.

A little pricey and the burgers were good, but not great. The milkshakes are probably overrated, but there are tons of choices. The service was average and even though the place was almost empty, I felt a little rushed.

AMAZING MILKSHAKES!!! Great staff nice people. As for you that comment maybe you should call and ask cause if you call them they tell you they stop seating dinning room 30 minutes before close. They would like to clean up at get home also. But as a resturant they have great food and great service. Also you all have to realize that they cook burgers only to medium for our own safety trust me I like mine rare but I appericiate it.

I always give a place a second shot. The first time I went, I walked in to place an order to come back in an hour for because I had an appointment and it was on my way there. I asked if I could do that and the owner said no it would be ten minutes or I’d have to call later with my order. I was surprised but gave her my order and decided to wait and possibly be late for my appointment. I realized less than a minute after ordering that I had forgotten to make the burgers turkey burgers because she had only offered me the beef sizes as choices. I ran inside and said I had made a mistake and couldn’t eat the ones I ordered LESS than a minute ago because my boyfriend and I are on a diet. She said I would have to purchase new burgers because the others were already on the grill. She offered me water whIle I waited probably because I was just staring angrily at her otherwise. She tried to comfort me about my two burger total of $44.00 by saying wherever I was going they would love me there. I said I was going to the psychiatrist and it would be very strange to give the staff burgers. She stopped talking to me.

A one because they wouldn’t serve us. In house service apparently stops over a half hour before closing. There is no signage advertising that fact, and no notices about it on their website. There were others seated inside and eating when we arrived, but they rather brusquely informed us that they were take out only for the rest of the night. Too bad. It smelled good.

I worked there for a bit and let me tell you how disgusted I was. No sink to wash your hands in other than the bathroom for servers (nice and clean huh?), I had to constantly refill sanitizer because it seemed the “always has to be hot” rule never applied, it was always freezing and everyone ignored it. The 75 cent on side rule is so unrealistic to any costumer coming in. The owner never has a smile on her face and neither do most of the other wait staff. They are all so rude, snobby and pompous. You run and work at a burger joint, get over yourselves.
