Walked in, nothing saying seat yourself and stood there for a few minutes waiting for the server to say something. Seated ourselves. Took the server literally 10 minutes to come over to ask for drinks. After 5 minutes of waiting to order drinks a group sat down a few tables away and got their orders in before us. Server came over gave us water that looked yellow from the water glass. Asked my husband what he wanted to drink and quickly walked away without asking me what I wanted to drink?? Another 10-minutes of waiting to order food Finally got to ask for my drink without my husband reseving his drink. My husband got the General Chicken with white Rice. He rates it a 6/10 I ordered the Mongolian Chicken. It was a 4/10 good for then but very poor thrown together. Beef stock with chicken and a WHOLE LOT of onions which was alright in the beginning but literally more than meat. Even a half of white onion they gave to me. The place was horribly outdated and the girl serving us had very poor waitstaff knowledge. In a bigger city she probably wouldn’t make it a week. Place is probably great if you live there and that’s the only option. But definitely would rather go somewhere else next time for a vacation. The soup they served was alright, we both rate it a 5/10

Dined at Chee Peng Friday 25 August. I ordered Garlic Chicken with rice. The fried rice had an unusual dark shade (as did my wife’s on her order) I ate maybe half of my garlic chicken. Later that evening my stomach began to roll and girgle. I slso had horrible burps. I’ve had these symptoms before. It’s a very good indication of food poisoning. Believe me, it was. I was up all night throwing up along with severe diarrhea. Although a visitor to Roger’s City, I’ll NEVER eat here again!!

The staff was very friendly. The food was served hot, fresh, and quickly. I’m not a big fan of their fried rice but, everything else was very good!! Definitely a favorite place to eat.

Called in a carry out order and was told we had a twenty minute wait. Thirty minutes later and we were told an hour. Restaurant was maybe a third full. Left after they told us they didn’t know how much longer our wait was and went to Up North 23 instead. Don’t make our mistake, skip ahead to Up North 23.

Until our actual meal was served the food was a solid 1/10-terrible! We ordered wontons (boiled, unseasoned chicken in a wonton wrapper) and crab rangoons (I had to ask if they forgot the crab because I didn’t see any, only cream cheese.) The egg drop soup—veggie soup with a little egg! I ordered the T1 with shrimp! A spicy creamy coconut sauce with veggies and shrimp! 9/10! The fried rice—brown, no veggies and flavorless! My husband ordered beef and broccoli and he said 8/10!
