We really enjoyed our meal here! If you’re looking for a family friendly, relaxed, mid-range priced classic diner meal, but you don’t want to go to Chili’s or Applebee’s, Cheddars Scratch Kitchen is a great option! The food here is really good, prices are fair and the staff here is fantastic!

We went to the bar. The server was excellent. She made sure we had what we needed and kept our beverages full at all times. If you go, sit at the bar or the bar tables to get the best service. Can’t remember her name, but she is a beautiful dark skin lady with a gold tooth.

We visited here Mother’s day ’23. I used their app to view the seating and wait time before we arrived. It was in real time. When we arrived the restaurant was packed but the app was true and on time. We didn’t have a wait time. We was directed straight to our table. Everything was EXCELLENT. The food, service and atmosphere. I will definitely be visiting here again.

Overall the service and food was good. We came here for a late lunch and ordered the cheese bites for an appitizer and I got the chicken pot pie and my husband got the Buffalo chicken wraps. We didn’t know that they now serve you croissants when you’re seated. They taste just like Pillsbury croissants but the honey butter mix they slather them in is delicious. The cheese bites were pretty good but they came out just a little bit before our food. The waiter kept going back to check on them and overall it was a long wait for our food as others around us who were seated after us got their dishes. Once our food arrived it was good but both our dishes lacked flavor. They were kinda bland and just needed seasoning. I’ve enjoyed Cheddars for a long time but I feel like this location isn’t as good as it used to be.

Will not be going back! The overall food and our server was okay. However the attitude of the entire staff including the bartender is down right unbelievable. All of our food order was wrong. Overcharged. Ordered 2 drinks waited 30 minutes for one melted drink from the bar. Bartender refused to fix it and the staff showed obviously disapproval of our table. WILL NOT be coming back!

This is my first visit to a cheddars. What an amazing experience. The staff was super sweet the location was clean and the food was delicious. We have the Montecristo with the fries and we also order the combination platter and the pasta without the shrimp. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious Will definitely be coming back 10 out of 10 totally recommend checking it out. They have a lot of options on the menu and the food doesn’t disappoint. The location is conveniently located and there’s plenty of parking. Our waiter was nice and didn’t keep bothering us. Just came to check on us on occasion. if you’re in town, I highly recommend checking out cheddars.

Food is still good, service is good but floors and restrooms are disgusting. Floor is so slippery, I’m shocked no one has slipped and gotten hurt if they haven’t already. Bathrooms need to be upkept better. The toilet paper doesn’t have a cover and falls off everytime you pull the toilet paper. This place used to be great.
