Dined in, wasn’t a pleasant experience. Greeter was awesome sat us at the table, was very pleasant. Customer service from waiter was non existent. No greeting just took order brought food and that was it. No refills or anything, if we needed anything we just went without. Didn’t ask if we needed to go containers or provided any other service. Any food we had left we just left it. I paid on the machine at the table and that was that. Food was excellent but customer service made the overall experience not good. Would I return? The jury is still out on that.

Waitress must’ve not had enough help because we rarely saw her. But she, and what seemed like the manager, were really nice. Didn’t get drinks in for 10 minutes after sitting down. Shrimp Alfredo: the shrimp still had tails you had to eat around or get your fingers greasy taking them off. And the broccoli was undercooked. The Alfredo noodles and shrimp were tasty though.

We had a lovely dinner experience at Cheddars! We appreciate the great service. Our food was delicious. We were a party of 8 and 1 of our plates came out with an issue, our server fixed the plate with the kitchen and we had no problems at all! I love coming back here with family. Oh, and the bread is delicious!!

Our lunch was delicious, and our server was excellent. I can’t say enough about the croissants. Such an excellent way to start a meal. My cornmeal whitefish was fried to perfection. My daughter had the Monte Cristo sandwich, and was totally satisfied. Can’t wait to go back.

Great food, drinks, all at a reasonable price. This is a restaurant of choice and always gets my recommendation when people ask where to go in the Avon area. This place gets a perfect 5 out of 5 and I am posting photos to show why that I can justify that score. Honestly never had a bad meal here and we come here often. Food was great! Loved the spinach dip, loved the salad and the bone in NY Strip. Food and Trevor (server) were 4star. Restaurant in general though…. Not very welcoming, host and hostess had a little giggle about something when looking where to seat me, made me feel uncomfortable, they just stared at me when I left and didn’t say anything and nothing from the managers. Manager and host/hostess make me not want to go back regardless of how good the food was. Just because a person eats alone doesn’t mean they should get treated differently. I have to eat alone all across the country all the time and this has been the worst place I’ve been for making a single eater feel welcome.
