The building is set weird so we came in the side door. Hostess wasn’t the kindest then waited for our waitress for 15 min just wondering if anyone would be waiting on us. After that 15 min the waitress saved the experience with her amazing service! Menus was dirty which i pictured, Food was really good so all in all a good experience just a rocky start.

I’m giving two stars because my first experience at Cheddars I treated my mom to lunch. Our serve was friendly and when our food came out it was piping hot we had to let it cools down some. The fries were crispy and fresh and we both had the chicken tenders. Best chicken tenders I had ever had in my life.

The food and service were excellent. I cannot say enough good things about the Buffalo chicken wrap! I will come back every time I am in Paducah for that. We were able to have an amazing, filling dinner for two (with leftovers) for under $50 (not counting tip). The carrot cake is delicious also.

This was my family of 8s first experience here! After ordering New Orleans Pasta and then having to tell me they was out and then out of another dish with turkey an ham, I went with just a side salad. I added Wisconsin cheese bites on with our appetizers for them to have to come tell me more bad news they are out of them too. Which is fine I’ll stick with this side salad. My daughter ordered a 14oz ribeye medium which was so tuff to cut she had to slide it over for help and it looked like. Rare steak that had sat the outside didn’t even have a sear on it almost even looked microwaved. The kids cheeseburger is tuff and the Buffalo rolls my son got have a horrible vinegar flavor to them so it basically boils down to us all eating out of my moms plate of chicken strips. Extremely disappointed and the server did keep drinks filled but never even checked how the food was. Will never be back after spending over 100 dollars here.

I met up with my cousins and had lunch today at Cheddars. They had shrimp and a salad and chicken fingers and a salad. I had salmon with bourbon glaze, Broccoli and a loaded baked potato. It took a while to get our food, but It was delicious and our waitress was very friendly. She was coming back and forth refilling drinks and taking our dirty dishes away. I love eating here!

We had a wonderful meal and the best server! Our server was Raven, so if you go, ask for her. She was AMAZING, and you won’t be disappointed. Our drinks were spot on. They were a perfectly balanced drink, so the bartender did great on that. Our food was all cooked to perfection. I rarely order steak at a restaurant unless it’s an actual steakhouse because I like my steak medium rare, and few places can get it right, but here, it was perfect. Their chicken tenders and grilled shrimp are amazing too. The best part of the whole experience, though, was Raven. She really gave us the best service we have had anywhere in a long time!!!

The atmosphere vibe to me is a modern contemporary Applebee’s or Chili’s. When the food arrived it really does taste good, the things about it is more like it didn’t arrive together and similar dishes weren’t seasoned the same and my drink took a long time too long to arrive. The service is abit all over the place. It’s possible we’d give it a second chance based on the food alone.

While traveling, I sat at the bar tonight and had Jay as my bartender/server. After traveling all over the world I can tell you it does not get any better. The food was delicious, the service was great! He made it all the better by being so friendly and professional and prompt. If you’re traveling I hope you will come in and enjoy this experience, I don’t think you could be disappointed! The salmon was perfect and just fell apart, the salad is generous size, and the piece of chocolate cake was huge!

Over all good experience. Wait time was about 15 mins on Sat evening 5pm. Greated nicely.The server was attentive and our orders came out correct. Everyone’s food was cooked properly and had a good taste. The cresent rolls are great. The steaks could be more tender. One big thing is the prices… very reasonable compared to other places in area. Family of 4 with appetizer and desert was around $90…

We had a bad experience the first time we went and were contacted by the district manager. We went back tonight and tried again and WOW! Phenomenal! Best restaurant experience I’ve had in a while and the food is amazing! We will definitely be back! If you haven’t tried their chicken strips it’s a must!!!!! Amazing customer service, very attentive and overall 10/10 experience!
