The food was amazing!! The cheese bites and honey butter croissants are incredibly delicious. Oh and the spicy wrap they have is awesome too (I don’t remember the actual name, sorry). But service was great and the atmosphere was calming. Definitely will come back again.

We both got ribeyes Med-Rare, one was one the money, the other was well-done. No refill on drink. And the sad part is that other waitress/waiters walked by even when I put my glass up on the wall, no one stop or offered 6

Haven’t seen a Cheddars in years. Menu has changed a lot. Enjoyed the spinach dip. Server was nice and attentive. Good experience

2.5 overall. We only waited 10 minutes for a table however after being seated we waited 50 minutes for our food which was either lookwarm or cold. The sour cream on my baked potato was fully melted, the salmon was ordered blackened and it seemed to have came out regular. We ordered dessert to go hoping they would come out good but they were just subpar similiar to buying a pre-made from a grocery store. The strawberry lemonade and croissants were fantastic. There was a mess all over the floor that we had to walk through when we were being seated. I’m not sure why we weren’t walked to it another way. It seemed to half picked up by the time we left.

Nice atmosphere. Prices weren’t too high. It was a little cold so our food got really cold really quickly once it got to the table. I had the Monte Cristo and my husband had the ribs and chicken tenders. Our son had the kids cheeseburger and french fries, which of course he ate most of. My food was good, but I do believe there was way too much “bread” on my Monte Cristo for my taste. Otherwise it was delicious. My husband wasn’t a fan of the ribs. He stated there wasn’t really any smoke flavor like the menu said and they weren’t sauced that much either. Service was a little slow in my opinion too. Overall, we would come back on our next vacation and give them another chance.

We had a wonderful evening dinner! Everything was delicious and amazing for our first visit. Our server, Ms. May was an absolute delight! She was so upbeat, friendly caring and made our visit a total treat. She took care of my little baked potato which wasn’t quite cooked and replaced it with something else with care, concern and a sweet smile. We love your restaurant and will be back when we return! Thank you Ms. May for making our experience amazing.

Good food at decent prices. Nothing fancy, just quick and decent food that is fast when you’re hungry with friendly service too.

First Try. Went because of recommendations, 11pm close time, and affordable steak selections. Tip: Order steak rare if you like medium rare, they are thin. New item I ordered was the $22.00, TBone, 16 oz, it was flavorful, but could have pre trimmed the fat a bit more. Came with 2 sides, I chose red beans and rice, flavorful, and coleslaw, meh, a bit dry. There isn’t any complimentary bread or anything, but I saw a sign that offered online registrants free chips.

Nice sit-down restaurant in Pigeon Forge. The ribs were very good! Honey butter croissants while you wait for food were delicious. Service was a little slow. We sat there awhile before someone came over and served us. Great atmosphere.
