Have been coming here for family dinners and birthday parties. Food is always great and consistent in flavor! Servers are friendly and accommodating. Totally recommend their Key West Chicken n Shrimp, Country Fried Chicken, and Serloin Steak. One complaint – Please maintain a clean restroom. It seems like they don’t check restrooms very often. I always see the trashes full and toilet paper rolls on the ground.

My waitress was super nice, very attentive! Quick seating and no wait for after work around 5p. The food was good but unfortunately not hot. The chicken tenders were smaller than back home and other Cheddar’s locations. I’d give it another try if ever in the area though.

Came for dinner with my wife and kids. All the food was good except for my fries, they were kind of stale and old in texture, but hot like they were in the microwave. Everyone else’s fries were good. We also split a monster cookie and it was delicious! Our server was pretty great too, unfortunately I didn’t get his name.

I’ve gone to this Cheddars for years, and they used to have quick service and quality food. The last experience was terrible, to say the least. We were seated and never received our silverware, but the drinks were served quickly. 60 mn later (yes, 60 minutes later), the salad arrived, and we had to ask the waitress for silverware. She says that someone will be bringing it sometime soon. 10 minutes later, the manager brings silverware out. He wasn’t apologetic at all and acted like it was totally normal to have the silverware come out to the table after the salads. The salad was mostly the core and lacked flavor and color 1-star. The chicken pot pie was hot, delicious, and just as good as I remember it 5-stars! The veggie plate sides were lukewarm, and the carrots looked like they had been in a warmer all night! We asked to get some fresh ones, and they came out just as bad as the first batch 1-star. The chicken alfeto was lukewarm as well and lacked flavor 1- star. We had to ask the waitress multiple times to refill our drinks, and they didn’t take the salad plates until after we had gotten our dessert. I understand that restaurants are low on staff, but I got taco bell quality service while spending $100+. The manager ended up taking the dessert off the bill, but it was too little too late, and he seemed disinterested with helping us. The manager never apologized for the wait time for the salads, no silverware, or even help with getting the dirty dishes off the table so we could enjoy our food.

Very pleased with the full rack of ribs they were fall off the bone and for less than 20 dollars it’s hard to find a better deal. Liked so much ordered 3weeks in a row couldn’t get enough and the rolls are magic!
