Service and atmosphere were excellent. Seated with only 5 minute wait on a Saturday and immediately served hot buttery croissants. I got the new Orleans pasta and unfortunately it really could have been better. The shrimp were perfect, but the noodles were too soft, toast was hard and slightly burned and the flavors were bland. I ate it, but wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s incredible to have paid for two dishes with a total of $40 dollars to see broccoli with cheese be compacted and dry and the cheese on the fries was dry too; they weren’t fries with rich melted cheese. the order was for pick up at 8:17pm and I was in the parking lot at the same time to pick up the order, I will never order food here again

Service was great. Only waited about 5 minutes before being seated. Had the crispy chicken tender salad with a strawberry lemonade. I didn’t think I’d get full with the plate but my expect were wrong. Great serving amount and tastes delicious.

I was seated quickly. The waitress was appropriately attentive and helpful. I ordered the rib eye with broccoli and carrots, an Old Fashioned, and a glass of cabernet sauvignon. The drinks didn’t come until shortly before the food although I ordered them all together and the cocktail should have been served swiftly. I ordered the steak medium-rare, and it came medium-well. It was juicy and flavorful so I ate it, but it was not as ordered. The cocktail was done well.

Food was good enough, but we were very disappointed that our server added more items which we never ordered on our bill. So, we had to tell the manager about that, and finally he gave us a correct bill. But, we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes every time we needed to ask our server for help. We wanted our bill split and he kept saying it would be done later but the wrong bill kept coming to the table. Also, the stupid kiosk on the table was a waste of money for them. Nothing worked.

Hadn’t been to this Cheddars in a while and I must say, I was not disappointed. Food, service, and portion size (value) were all in point. Started with the new Wisconsin cheddar bites and they were delicious!! Cheese tasted different (in a good way) and more “fresh.” Definitely delicious and worth trying and I say this as not a typical “cheese” guy. Think gourmet mozzarella cheese sticks cut into bite-sized chunks but even better because the cheese they use is so good.
