In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. My first time ordering from this restaurant and my last . Charles was my doordash dasher he called doordash to report that from the meal deal I ordered the chicken bites weren’t available. Customer service called to ask how I would like to receive my credit before my order was delivered. When Charles the dasher arrived, I thanked him for taking the initiative to call doordash customer service to have my credit processed. I noticed the fruity frozen strawberry slushie I ordered for my mom was half full. Today is a much cooler day than we have been having this summer no triple digits today.

I can’t foresee myself ever eating here again. Although the staff was friendly the food and drinks were disgusting. I spent about $34 for the family. Let’s start with the drinks, they tasted like filthy pond water. The burgers (big Bufords) tasted inedible and made me gag every time I took a bite. The lettuce looked and tasted old and the patty itself didn’t even taste like meat. The chicken sandwiches (classic mother cruncher) was edible but barely and only after removing the lettuce, tomatoes, etc. The fries was decent but still soggy and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The best thing and I only tried one of them was the chicken bites. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that after pulling forward and waiting 20 minutes for our order you’d think it would’ve been cooked fresh and hot but everything was cold. Looking at other reviews it doesn’t look like the people running this place care enough to run their business properly. They act like they do, by messaging every reviewer to contact them at their website but I can assure you all the bad reviews about this place even dating back 2 years have not changed at all. So the best I can do is warn you guys ahead of time and hope that this place gets shut down so no one else wastes their money here for inedible dog food.

My husband and I along with my sister and brother in law made 2 online orders at 1:04am and the estimated pickup time was 1:09am. We pulled up to the drive thru and were told to pull to the front of the building while our food was being finished. We were the second car to park. After 30 minutes and many more cars parked in the lot, someone came to our car and asked the names on our orders and told us it would be right out. About 20 minutes later 3 employees start bringing all of the other cars orders out. We were then asked again our information. After 10 more minutes we were the only car left so we pulled up to the window. My sister and brother in laws food was finally given to them but was not fresh and not what they ordered. My husband and I were told our order had been given away and then they said they never had an order under our name even when we showed our online receipt. Another worker came to the window and was very rude and said that they were closed and they would not be making any more food. So we got one wrong and cold order and then nothing for our other order. I would give zero stars if I could. I will go to the other location from now on whenever I’m in town.

Me and my pregnant wife made an online order at 1:00a.m estimated wait time was 5 mins. Wasn’t too busy at the time, was told to park in the front of restaurant and patiently waited for our order. 30 mins had passed by when someone finally came up to our car and asked about our order and no apology was given except that our food would be ready soon. Cars who had online orders after ours had received their food before us. So we drove to the window after an hour of waiting and were told there was no order under our name and one of the employees turned all lights off because it was closing time and told us he couldn’t do anything for us without any apology at all. No refund or anything was given will not be going to that location again!!

The drive through was SLOW, I was disappointed that my chicken sandwich was dry. My tomatoes were missing off my sandwich. The seasoned fries cold….. I was to tired to go back in the heat for a refund or remake…

I don’t know if this Checker’s is understaffed or what, but I don’t have 20 minutes to give them. Me and 4 other vehicles waited while they stock piled our orders and brought them all out at the same time. This was 6:00 on a Wednesday and they didn’t appear to be busy, which was the reason I stopped. I won’t go back!

The fish was dry…And when I asked the attendant to repeat my order due to my daughter being allergic to tomatoes… She rudely responded as if she was irritated and she was the Manager … Needless to say my fish sandwich was dry and greasy and my daughter’s burger had tomatoes on it ‼️Go figure
