As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I went to checkers to buy my son a swirl ice cream, and I was told that the employee couldn’t give it to me in a cone. He offered to give my son a cup instead. I thought, they didn’t have any ice cream cones. But instead, when we were about to leave, they gave me a cone on top. The ice cream was extremely soft, and that’s why, they didn’t put it in a cone.

Came in today to get food and I had a pretty big order. Walked in and I’m looking at the menu looking for specific things and the assistant Manger from behind the order window screams at me asking if I’m ready to order. 2nd she asks an employee if there’s a drawer in the register she’s at, you’re the assistant manager shouldn’t you know? 3rd when I finally order and the kitchen hears what I ordered I could hear the kitchen staff complain about the amount. Unprofessional and completely rude. Only way I’m coming back is if my dad wants food because yall lost me as a customer completely.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but not happy with my service. Got a medium meal and my fries weren’t but maybe half full and I can usually share with my daughter and there was barely enough for 1 of us and my burger was soggy and gross and cold in middle and I thought buford burger came with tomato….I could be wrong but it had it last time. Also the girl at the window was on her phone the entire time holding it while getting my order ready. One hand with her phone and the other with my food. The last 3 times I’ve went and tried to get the funnel cake fries they always say they don’t have any. Just sharing my experience.
