As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

DANGER! Automated ordering system is annoying, employees aren’t friendly, missing items from my order, and my credit card number got stolen here May 7, 2023. I handed my card to the employee when I pulled up to the window. He then proceeded to take my card out of sight for about 2 minutes while I waited for my food and drinks. I hadn’t used that card anywhere recently except this place. Food wasn’t good either.

Ordered delivery for lunch a couple times, no issues and I’ll be getting it again. Burger (whatever the bacon one is) tastes very good, fries are excellent. Only complaint are the mozzarella sticks are good but very small and you have to pay for dipping sauce.

Definitely deserves a ZERO!!!!!!! I ordered lunch and once home I realized my order was incorrect. I called to make sure that once I was off work I could return the meal for my refund. A female takes my call and when I asked her name to reference she refused to provide it! The female yelled they are franchised so there wasn’t a higher up for me to contact. I was more than cordial as mistakes happen; meanwhile this female who is stated she is the general manager made me feel as though she wanted to schedule a fist fight at 3pm due to MY order being wrong. I realize there’s a lot going on in the world; however this incident was totally mishandled due to lack of professionalism and I’m guessing training. I can only imagine how others are treated since I was by the book courteous as well as understanding that errors happen. The female REQUIRED to know my name for the return visit but again REFUSED to provide hers. The saddest thing is you really don’t see this lack of professionalism amongst “leadership” in further out demographics… you just don’t! I returned for my refund with ALL FOOD, DRINK, & RECEIPT as I was advised … Once there I waited for a while to not be able to get my refund as the manager said they couldn’t find my order WITH RECEIPT IN HAND due something with the system … I just got the food remade minus beverage as the food wouldn’t be eaten for hours at that point if at all as we were headed out for the evening …I just did not want to inconvenience the people behind me as the line had increased and it wasn’t their fault… The new shift manager was present as well as pleasant; meanwhile that does not diminish the piss poor customer service provided wherefore I ultimately paid for food that wasn’t eaten … I suggest a retrain and think we will just no longer go to this location as the top sucks so that makes me believe those working under her do as well …. DO BETTER!!!!

Last night August 20, 2022 I had the worst meal from checkers I’ve ever had in my life. Are total was almost $40 and our chicken bites was hard, luke warm fries, and wings with barely anysauce on them. Not to mention we waited patiently in line for over 20 minutes. I understand and sympathize with the shortage of workers but old and cold food is unacceptable. We threw away the receipt but its on my credit card statement and I honestly would love a refund or my order replaced.
