In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I ordered the Bacon BBQ Mother Cruncher, It didn’t have the onion “tanglers” on it, barely any BBQ sauce either, the chicken tasted over-cooked. Just overall it was bad.. felt like I just ordered a normal chicken sandwich and got a little BBQ sauce with over-cooked chicken, haha. Will not be ordering from here again.

Lying and saying the system is down 45 minutes before close so you don’t have to take in person orders or online orders is why you people are stuck working fast food. Same people that want $20 a hour but can’t complete simple tasks like come to work and work or put sauce in bags.

I have ordered from this location a few times. They are always horrifically slow. Food is usually ok. Tonight, I ordered a banana milkshake from DoorDash. I received a half empty cup of vanilla ice cream with banana flavoring on the top and bottom of the cup. Not mixed in at all, and again, it’s halfway empty. I’m assuming the machine was down (I have heard this more than once from this location), but they should have said that instead of giving me half of what I paid for, and the half that I did receive is inedible. I literally got a mouth full of banana flavoring when I took a sip. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with a milkshake-once I ordered a banana milkshake and received a half of a cup of plain vanilla ice cream. Unacceptable.

Checkers in the middle of the night in pontiac or romulus or dearborn heights? best ever and always fresh. Checkers in downtown detroit in the middle of the night? ice cold fries, my burger is dry and flavorless, like they stripped the beef flavor from it, and my sweet iced tea is full of diabetes with a hint ,(a very big hint), of grape. Why?? I’m also in the hospital and was hoping for better food than what came out of henry ford’s cafeteria, it’s not, it’s worse. Just avoid this location at all cost at all times. Just go to the McDonald’s on springwells. I literally cannot swallow yet alone consume any of this order. Edit, I will gladly contact you guys since NOONE else seems to be doing it, message has been sent with more detail.

I ordered a big Burford with only mayo and ketchup and I got the item with out mayo and ketchup and the large fry wasn’t good either. I also ordered a loaded fry with extra bacon, but once received it didn’t have any ranch nor was there a fork. Mostly, this franchise is always on point with their food but this time, it just slipped through the cracks. I’m very disappointed with this order and I also took photos of the items for future reference in case proof needed to be shown. I have tried the website and when it says to select the location it’s not pulling up the location so I can submit this information.

Charged me extra for cheese on a checker burger, when I said the picture on the menu has cheese, I was told that was mustard…. fun thing, neither one of my burgers had mustard on them and looking again at the picture after I left the drive thru, it’s definitely cheese in the picture, not to mention they were cold and thrown together with a bunch of brown lettuce

Every time I go here, seems like no matter what time of day but especially anytime after 8pm, it’s door dash only. Won’t serve you even though you’re there at the window.
