We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I haven’t had Rally’s in a while and decided to try them and so Happy I did. When I pulled up to the window I read a sign the said but don’t quote me, The world is short staffed and so are we. Please be nice and appreciative that we showed up to work. It was something like that. Isn’t that the truth! So I started a conversation with the employee who ended up being Ashley Montana and what nice customer she gave to me. TYVM Ashley. Give that girl a raise because I’m gonna tell two friends and their gone tell two friends .

One star would be to high for the way the person on the speaker spoke to me. She was extremely rude and trying to rush my order. I asked for a second to make sure there wasn’t anything else that I might want. Absolutely horrible service. I left and am currently writing this review as I am sitting in the drive thru of a competitor.

Horrible experience the woman at the window at 7:43PM 05/08/23 was extremely rude and unprofessional I ordered two burgers and two fries then she rushed to give me the total I pull up to the window and she was again extremely rude… Management you need to keep that creature in the back not around the customers

Checkers is great for a quick bite. The items are made to order and are always warm. They have a large menu including value, kids and specials. In warmer seasons you can sit outside in their patio to eat. There is no dining in. Its drive thru or take out. Sometimes the drive thru is faster but always fresh. The chicken bites are good size and never dried out. Fries are crispy with seasoning, and the mushroom swiss burger is a good filler especially if you like the gravy on the burger. Their new Bacon pot roast is also a big hit!
