As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The service that I’ve received from the restaurant for the last year has been terrible. It was just borderline ok before but now it’s just bad. I ordered something and the person on the speaker said what’s that we don’t have it after it’s a large display for it on the menu but then someone else in the background said oh yes we do and filled the order but it was so stale and old I had to throw the brownie/cookie away. And another instance I ordered a funnel cake fries and it was soo much powdered sugar no one in the house would eat it. Also the cold burger I received. I just keep trying but it hasn’t got any better yet at that particular location.

Online ordered a smoky bacon big burger, and a chicken sandwich with bacon. Yall, they gave me two chicken sandwiches, no bacon, no cheese, and onions and BBQ sauce on one of them. I feel like I was just robbed. No one answered the phone when I called twice about it. Worst location in metro Detroit.

Did not care for this location. Parking lot needs work due to pot holes. With snow melting couldn’t see it and it hit hard. Got the new chicken strip (8 count) for 9.99 and one was 1/2 the size and the other was like 2 of the chicken bite size. Chocolate shake was a joke. It was like a chocolate swirl.

woman on the speaker was extremely rude, pulled up to the window got my food checked my bag and noticed 2 large fries are missing told the cashier that they were missing proceeded to get accused by manager that I hid them and was trying to get free extra fries. Worst attitude hope this place gets shut down.

Stopped here one night after work to pick up dinner for the family. I end up placing a big order and it was taking care of perfectly. Order was placed and I was asked to pull ahead since the order was so large (no problem) I may have waited 10 mins but the food was fresh and some of the burgers were customized (kids ) and everything was exactly how I ordered. Even though there was no need to apologize for the wait they did. The customer service was nice. One of the nicer locations I’ve visited.

This was my worst visit to checkers ever. The slushies were all syrup with very little ice my soda on the other hand was all ice and no syrup they literally gave me a cup full of carbonated water. 10 out of 10 would not recommend I will never go back to this location.

Waited in drive thru for 45 minutes for the remaining drinks from our order. Despite having the receipt to prove that we paid for them, we were told that because it wasn’t on THEIR side, we wouldnt get them. Then the “assistant manager” tried to act like she was doing us a favor by giving us 2 drinks THAT WEREN’T EVEN RIGHT, and refused to look at our receipt proving otherwise.
