As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We will not go back. We went inside to order, the place was dirty, the windows are full of dead bugs & there wasn’t even a menu to order any of the specials. We should have left then, but we gave it shot. The burger was soggy & the chicken sandwich was flat as a pancake, the fries were cold and the shake was runny. I have nothing good to say about our experience.

Ordered a half lb chicken bite box, 2 sprites and a fry lover sandwich. They told me my total is $14.79 and I proceeded to give them my card. What I got in return was 4 checker burgers, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, 2 small fries. Only thing right was the 2 sprite. Total ended up being $19.06 not the 14.79 that I was told. I live 25 minutes from this location so I’m not going back to complain. Just won’t be coming back to this place. Trash customer service on top of it all.
