We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I love Checker’s food but there’s this on on Dauphin Island Parkway here in Mobile, Alabama seems to know how to keep bad vibes at home. When I visit I would like it to be a pleasant experience. The one on Airport Blvd. has a little more courtesy but they too long to fill the order. I don’t know if that’s due to not enough people working or the ones working need more training. Don’t get me wrong this doesn’t happen every single time but it would help make my day end pleasantly with a smile.

Checkers is like 5 min from my home. We never go ,so decided to go last night. $30.00 for two people. I Made a online order and went to pick it up. Got my food and they had my bag closed for idk how long, so all my fries were nasty and soggy, hot wings tasted like they were cooked in the microwave. Hamburger meat was horrible. Idk what was in it but it was like I was eating sand . I love there fries, so I hate that my experience wasn’t a good one.

Food is okay. Drive thru line was out in the street, it usually is (live around the block) and kinda dangerous. With that being said, it’s usually always busy. Won’t catch me there Thursday thru Monday at night. The lady that helped us made us a blended drink that she didn’t really have the tools to do so but she w a s awesome and Jimmy rigged it and they turned out pretty good. Usually the staff is not very friendly..

Waited 10 minutes to order, was asked if i was done ordering before i finished the first meal, wasn’t asked for a sauce for my tenders, when i asked for a sauce i was handed a single buffalo sauce for a 9 tender meal. And the wings were not even tossed, we also didn’t receive a drink and the woman working was MAD rude! 8:45 on Friday
