We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

As always, very good food. Tonight was even better than normal. Small note, the cash register tends to ring up a medium size upgrade for drinks and fries rather than the small that is advertised. Check receipt, they quickly adjusted it when I pointed it out to them tonight. A step above most fast food franchises that is appreciated!

Checkers has the best fries. The staff was quick efficient and friendly. They also have a drive-thru window around the side. This place is actually a shell gas station/Checkers restaurant combo with a sitting area for eating or resting. I have been here multiple times and haven’t had a bad experience yet.

Placed an order through Door Dash. Order showed up and the drinks were missing. Called the store and started expressing my displeasure about the missing items. The first employee I talked to said whatever the problem is we’re gonna make it right, and then handed off the phone to the Manager on duty (Radon). I shared the same information with the Manager and he stated they didn’t have any drinks shown in the order, and that if I came up there and showed them proof they would give me my drinks. I told him well that defeats the purpose of using Door Dash, and asked what I needed to do for them to make this right? Radon told me the main manager would be there tomorrow and that I could talk to him. The funny part is that i’m being told they didn’t show anything that said they owed me drinks, yet the receipt that’s on the outside of the bag shows 2 drinks. Guess the receipt just put itself on the bag. I told him I would just talk to the manager tomorrow and have a good night. Radon just hung up the phone with no response.
